I know other people who have used Goodheart and seem really happy - and I liked those staff as well. And the services they provided were terrific. Then, unfortunately, I needed a health care company recently and remembered Goodheart. I had two ladies helping me, one had known my mom. They were amazing. They were helpful and actually fun to be with. I can compare them to a supposedly good service I used in 2006. NO comparison. And I can say the company as easy to work with. I have only once provided a review on Yelp. This time, I just had to. Whenever I should ever need a health care company again, I would not look at further than this company. (And I really trusted them, which is something you really want to be able to do when you are at a person's mercy and in your house.) Really, don't look anywhere else.

However, I would never choose them again or recommend them. They did not provide personnel trained for the contracted care. The providers were not informed of the care they were supposed to perform. They did not provide care consistent with the hospital discharge instructions and then made excuses that what they did was medically justified before recanting when confronted with the specifics. The logs provided by the provider were inconsistent with the care provided. Additionally, in the aftermath, there were several billing inconsistencies that took significant time to resolve.
