I brought this up to Brett and his team during our initial meeting and he ensured me there would be plenty of communication. Our previous care provider would often send me text messages asking how to do this or that for my mom. Assisting Hands, on the other hand, would provide me with notification when an important event like a doctor's appointment had been completed. I was thoroughly impressed with the genuine care and the professionalism from the management team, and I was equally impressed with the caregiver Assisting Hands provided.
