They have you remove their leashes and collars before they go in. I asked what he had on his neck. Come to find out, they are putting correction collars on the dogs when they "don't behave" apparently. This is a daycare, not a training class. When I questioned it, I was blocked from them on Facebook. No where in the paper work when I signed up did I see anything about correction collars. They were being very sneaky, and once they got caught, they didn't want me saying anything on their Facebook page, because I'm sure other dog owners would NOT be happy. I do NOT recommend this place!!!

Our first incident here was when our dog slipped out of her collar when a staff member was handling her outside of the building. Our dog ran into the busy road and narrowly survived. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. Last week when we picked our dog up at the end of the day we were informed that she had a gash on her leg and had been limping in the morning. We took our dog to a veterinary urgent care facility and, five hours and 1500 dollars later, we were informed by the vet that she had most likely been bitten due to the nature of the wound and the level of pocketing. Our dog now has stitches, a drain, has to take medication, and has to be monitored in a cone for 10-14 days. The following day I spoke with the owners. I asked why they hadn't called us when our dog was limping in the morning, and why they again failed to inform us that they found a bleeding wound on my dog in the afternoon. The male owner spent the conversation downplaying the event and arguing with me, claiming they had only seen a "little red dot" and that "these things happen when dogs play". He also came up with excuses like, "it's hard to see wounds sometimes because of fur," yet our dog has short white fur. No matter what, the owners/staff should have called us when they noticed that our dog was injured. They refused to help with the vet bill, but did refund our daycare package.

Each time we boarded Patton in the past, he was segregated (due to breed/size) and always contracted ear infections. With Sue, he wasn't confined to a cage and had tons of playtime, socialization, and snuggles. I was blown away when Sue cleaned the rabbit enclosure and hedgehog cage, because that was not an ask. The rabbit also had new toys and treats which he loves! Thank you so much Sue, for caring for our pack like they were your own. My 15-year-old toy poddle (who only a mother could love bc of his intolerance to grooming and crating) is a pain in the neck to groom. He's been asked not to return to 2 grooming salons, including his very first visit as a 4-pound puppy because of biting - his way of objecting. He also hates being put in a crate and barks constantly. In short, not a dream client. In 15 years I've experienced only 2 groomers who can handle him (one in FL and Vache).
