First job we decided to use their product was on our oven and some burnt on oil from the nights before meal that spilled inside. In the past, cleaning the oven involved a gas-mask and all the toxic smells that go along with the harsh cleaners needed for those tough jobs. This was COMPLETELY the opposite! Not only did it clean it up quickly, it SMELLED AMAZING doing it! Our results were a shower that was left very close to the way it was found , empty trash cans all missing bags, a trash bag with food moved from the kitchen to an indoor pail in the garage, dirty light switches with fingerprints, shelves that weren't dusted or even touched for that matter, trim that was not touched, and the excuse that there wasn't enough time to finish what was quoted.. The cherry on top was watching them pour a bucket of dirty chemical water on top of our Day Lillies in our front landscape beds!! Extremely unprofessional! If a prior consultation/onsite assessment is not performed, wouldn't it make sense to assess upon arrival, and to inform your customer if you will not be able to complete what was previously agreed upon? Then the customer could advise on the most important areas to focus on. This company's approach was to forego communication, and rush to get as much done as possible in the quoted time. We came home to a house that was partially cleaned, with the most important aspect of the service (the deep shower cleaning) not done at all. And we made it clear that a deep shower cleaning was needed when booking the appointment! An insulting $50 refund was offered on a service that cost nearly $500, while less than 50% of the work was completed.. And we were given the option to pay MORE for them to return to complete what should have been done in the first place.
