My favorite place in the mall to grab a pretzel! The lines here are always crazy long, but they move pretty quick. The staff here is always friendly and the pretzels are so fresh! I love to either get the pretzel nuggets or pretzel dogs. Also, don't forget the cheese sauce! That's the best part. With all the restrictions going on during the covid 19 crisis it's nice to be able to find new takeout and delivery options. Auntie Ann's had an offer where you could order DIY kits to make your own pretzels at home! We were lucky enough to know the store manager who then conducted a fun pretzel making session via zoom. The kit included all the ingredients you'd need plus step by step instruction (if you're not lucky enough to have an instructor). The pretzels turned out great! Well maybe not all in the same shapes as you would buy from them but people got creative. The smell of them baking made my mouth water! And the taste when they came hot out of the oven was perfection. They had a perfect buttery salty flavor! We were also supplied with a sweet cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top. I prefer mine salty. Overall a fun and tasty way to spend an evening. Can't wait for them to reopen! read more

I love Auntie Anne's pretzels! They are absolutely amazing and filling. The one I go to is in Greece Ridge Mall is located close to my work so if I'm feeling hungry then I'll pop over there and grab a bite to eat. The only problem I have there is their iced tea. By the time the tea is put into the glass of ice, the ice is pretty much melted so you're drinking warm tea so make sure you ask for extra ice added after the tea is poured from the machine. lol read more

Don't forget to use your BOGO coupon from those annual coupons books we all get sucked into buying and then forget about. I am old enough to remember when Greece had two malls, Greece Towne and Long Ridge, before they combined them into the spectacle that is today's Greece Ridge Mall. Back then, as a kid, I was in love with "pretzels on a stick" that came drenched in nacho cheese. My penchant for nostalgia had me hopeful as I smelled a delectable aroma emanating from Auntie Annie's. $3.50 for a pretzel? A little steep, but it IS the mall. Wait a minute, another dollar for a mediocre looking cup of something called "cheese SAUCE?" You don't have a machine dispensing nacho cheese? Even 7-11 has them! The pretzel was tasteless. Awful. It was buttery, and somehow sweet, despite being salted. The atrocious "cheese sauce" was flavorless too. I ran to Wegmans and bought a box of soft pretzels and nacho cheese for less money, and had a better experience. read more

This one goes out to all those of you who DON'T battle with high cholesterol or clogged arteries. I will admit that every time I visit Greece Ridge Mall I make a special point to patron Auntie Anne's. Love the cinnamon pretzel! However this day I guess the teen behind the counter was having a bad day... maybe she missed the latest vampire saga on the CW. Maybe she just found out her tween idols are now in their thirties, or maybe she just didn't give a care. I ordered the cinnamon pretzel and watched in horror as she dipped it in the melted butter not once, not twice.... final count was four times she dunked the pretzel in the butter. When I objected she huffed and said "this is how we always make them" okay... but not for me. I ended up at the other pretzel counter getting a plain with no salt. Early today I order a pretzel from them. When I got in the line a brown skin worker was being very rude. I wish I remembered the young lady's name, I would have definitely wrote it in this review. These only are found in malls so if you don't have one of these, I am so sorry for you. Auntie Anne's has some of the best soft pretzels I have ever tasted even though they are not the most healthiest of snacks. This is a good place to get a tasty treat to satisfy your hunger if you get tired walking the span of the Greece Ridge Mall just be careful of the lines. They might appear long at first glance but they move along rather quickly. An original Auntie Anne's soft pretzel and an old-fashioned lemonade is the ideal snack to keep you on your toes, or at least it is in my case. read more

Horrible experience! I spent $15.00 there today and the store manager refused to give me an empty cup with a lid s I could put water in it for my 2 year old grandson who cannot drink without a straw and a lid. She said that would be $1.29 and those are the rules. I'm livid and will be calling corporate office. read more

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!! They were busy but they did not let to effect anything. Most of the employees there have to be in college or high school which is all the more impressive- especially with this up coming generation. I would recommend Auntie Anne's to everyone I know!
