I was a little concerned when I walked my little granddaughter over to this business, located in the Orlando airport, due to nobody being in line and many pretzels already packaged up in the warmer/incubator. But, she asked nicely for a pretzel so I rolled the dice. I purchased one large salted pretzel for her and then rolled the dice again, getting Glamma a bag of pretzel pieces. I like Auntie Anne's but I understand they all aren't created equal - I arrived at this terminal with a couple of hours to spare and although I was looking for some alcoholic beverages it had been several hours since I had eaten and I knew my late arrival at my destination wasn't going to allow me any options to eat so here I am in line for some hot, buttery goodness. The service here was fantastic, polite, professional and they were dealing out the pretzels like nobodies business so I figured this would be a great experience and I was right. I ordered my cup o' pretzels and a bottle of water and could barely wait to get back to my seat to indulge in the salty, buttery bite size bits of deliciousness. When a Auntie Anne's has a line it's likely the products will be above average - today mine were just out of the oven drenched in butter, sprinkled with salt and were melt in your mouth soft l have no reservation saying these were perfectly executed mmmmmmm. I haven't had Auntie Anne's in years and had some time to kill before a flight and suddenly got hit with a craving for their sweet almond pretzel. I was imagining the tasty, sweet, buttery flavor in my mouth and knew I had to stop by and grab a bite to satisfy my craving. I can see why the reviews for this place are not good. The first thing I noticed when standing in line was that one of the girls was on her cell phone while in the middle of rolling the dough for the pretzels. She was using her sanitary gloves directly on her phone screen, then touched her face with those same gloves, pushing up her glasses, before she put her cell phone back into her pocket and proceeded to roll the dough with the dirty gloves. Gross. The only reason why I stayed in line is that I knew that the pretzel I was going to get was already made, but who knows if she was doing the same thing when rolling the dough earlier. I ordered my sweet almond pretzel and the cashier picked one out from their ready to go heating cage, put it in a bag for me with some napkins, and I was on my way. When I got back to my gate, I dug into the pretzel and was immediately disappointed with the first bite. There was barely any hint of the sweet almond seasoning on top so about 90% of my pretzel was just plain and bland. How disappointing. 3 rd time in the airport and every time I stop here for pigs in a blanket they never have them. Just take them off the menu please. Friendly staff but the menu could use some help. Maybe inventory should be updated for business demand. Hopefully this reaches someone who cares about the reputation of auntie Anne. read more

I eat at this auntie anne's weekly. I travel for work and this is my first stop in the airport. I can say the pepperoni pretzel is not always in edible condition. but I still eat my pretzel because I don't want to be hungry on a flight. anyways. *MANAGEMENT * please train your employees to greet a customer when they come up to the counter. every time without fail- they're laughing hysterically and have their back to me. i'm all about enjoying your coworkers but I don't even get an apology when i'm sitting there waiting to order good ole 2 mins of listening who said what last weekend at the bar. there's 6-7 workers behind this tiny counter- someone say "hello we'll be right with you after we finish this gossip/story". i'm very understanding but what the heck at least respect me and acknowledge that i'm here to give my money. also. as stated in my picture. all 6-7 employees standing there, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. get your elbow off the food making counters. that's gross. read more

This Auntie Anne's was great, it is inside the Orlando Airport. We were leaving on a flight at the end of our trip, and what better way to do that then to get one of more cup of pretzel nuggets for the plane ride home! This location was pretty close to our gate, although it seemed like there might have been multiple in the airport, so hopefully if you are in a different terminal, you will also be able to stop by! I believe this was in terminal B. Anyway, Jacynda helped me at the register and she was so friendly and efficient. I asked her what flavor cheese sauce they had and what she prefers, because I usually get the spicy one, but I didn't see it displayed. She told me which one she liked the best and then just gave me one of each to try (3 total) despite charging me for only one! That was super nice and you hardly see people doing stuff like that these days. The cup it came in also seemed bigger than the usual cups Auntie Anne's sell the nuggets in so that was a plus as well! It was $5.19 for the cup and $0.99 for the sauce. I made it to my gate with plenty of time and thoroughly enjoyed our pretzels while saying goodbye to a great vacation. read more

they have the entire menu up as if everything is available and will have you wait in a 20 minute line jusy to tell you they only have 2 of the 10 items on the menu so if you want anything other than the original pretzel and the original minis then you're out of luck and wasted your time. they don't give you a warning about what they do and don't have they don't put up any sign that tells you that they're out of majority of the things, they just have you sit there and wait in the line and tell you it's gonna be another 20 minute wait until u can get your order. ridiculous read more
