The server was nice and efficient. The pretzel nuggets were hard and not fresh. So disappointing

I like Auntie Anne's but I understand they all aren't created equal - I arrived at this terminal with a couple of hours to spare and although I was looking for some alcoholic beverages it had been several hours since I had eaten and I knew my late arrival at my destination wasn't going to allow me any options to eat so here I am in line for some hot, buttery goodness. The service here was fantastic, polite, professional and they were dealing out the pretzels like nobodies business so I figured this would be a great experience and I was right. I ordered my cup o' pretzels and a bottle of water and could barely wait to get back to my seat to indulge in the salty, buttery bite size bits of deliciousness. When a Auntie Anne's has a line it's likely the products will be above average - today mine were just out of the oven drenched in butter, sprinkled with salt and were melt in your mouth soft l have no reservation saying these were perfectly executed mmmmmmm. I hope your experience here is as good as mine if your standing in line, if there are a dozen cups pre-filled waiting on projected sales maybe you could step away for a few moments and return once the inventory is deplete or maybe there is a microwave option I don't know but these are meant to be eaten warm...

Always a winning option with Auntie Annie's

Pretzels of course were delicious but staff attitude could've been a little more inviting. Were very difficult when lady asked about her Sweet Mustard that she didn't get.

Definitely got a "lemon" of a pretzel here.

So i just had lunch and wanted something to really satisfy my palate... unlike lunch. I saw Auntie Anne's and i though... hmmm this may do the trick... i love soft pretzels and its been a long time since i had one. No line, i went to the front, ordered my pretzel and got it in two minutes. I got a classic pretzel... nothing fancy. I went and sat down to eat it. Once i bit into it... i realized... this is an old pretzel. Yeah... cmon guys you can make a fresh batch. Don't give some old, stale and cold pretzels to your customers.

When I first arrived at the international gate, I opted to get a snack. I got the lemonaid and pretzel nugget combo. The nuggets weren't fresh, so they were very greasy but tasty. And the strawberry lemonaid was delish.

Well, it's 9:22 in the morning and this pretzel taste and feel Like it's from yesterday. Cold pretzel, cold cheese sauce, and cold marinara! I'm always perplexed when a restaurant just opens and has old tasting food. I think because they know you're in the airport and hunger takes over and allows you to except anything. If I wasn't about to board, I'd take this back for sure.

They gave me an old crusty pretzel and forgot to put the cheese sauce in the bag -- the ultimate sin

Always a line, cuz they're awesome!

Fast service, but my pretzel was not the trademark soft, buttery, drool-worthy pretzelyness that we all know & love. It was over cooked. This is the first time that has ever happened to me at an Auntie Annie's. Disappointing. I should have read the Yelp reviews first! ‍

if you have time to lean on the counter where you make my food. you have time to clean the counter you make my food. or at least greet me.

I eat at this auntie anne's weekly. I travel for work and this is my first stop in the airport. I can say the pepperoni pretzel is not always in edible condition. but I still eat my pretzel because I don't want to be hungry on a flight. anyways. *MANAGEMENT * please train your employees to greet a customer when they come up to the counter. every time without fail- they're laughing hysterically and have their back to me. i'm all about enjoying your coworkers but I don't even get an apology when i'm sitting there waiting to order good ole 2 mins of listening who said what last weekend at the bar. there's 6-7 workers behind this tiny counter- someone say "hello we'll be right with you after we finish this gossip/story". i'm very understanding but what the heck at least respect me and acknowledge that i'm here to give my money. also. as stated in my picture. all 6-7 employees standing there, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. get your elbow off the food making counters. that's gross.

Tasty quick snacks, line moves quickly, staff full of smiles. They're a-ok in my book!

Quick service. Warm pretzel. Tasted fresh. Seemed clean. Not overly priced. No complaints.

Delicious pretzel but no selection unless you wanted plain or the nuggets. Service not very friendly but not rude, just all business.

Despite there being a parking lot, we weren't able to find parking and we had to park on the street. For the middle of the week, I was surprised that there was a line out the door. It took about 15 minutes before we were serviced, but the staff behind the counter was working hard. Sampaguita has unique flavors, such as Ube. They were very accommodating and they let us try a bunch of different flavors. I was surprised because every flavor that I tried wasn't too sweet like ice cream typically is. My friend and I ordered the Ube brownie with Ube whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. It was good but also not too sweet. Personally I think the ice cream actually wasn't sweet enough. With the hype that Sampaguita gets, I was expecting to be blown out of the water, but it was a little underwhelming. I think there's better ice cream in Orlando. The dining room is really cute and there's actually a lot of tables. It's very comfortable to sit there and hang out with friends.

From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found. I got the chocolate flavored ice cream, and every bite was chocolatey and creamy heaven. Now, if you know your desserts, the cone that is used is usually known as a chimney cake. It is a sweet pastry that is soft on the inside and has a glass-like crunchy exterior that is coated with cinnamon and sugar. It's a little like eating a cruffin, but with a crunchier exterior due to their special way of making it. Definitely worth trying at least once if you've never tried it before. Overall, if you're looking to impress a foodie with something sweet, decadent, and pretty, I'd say give this place a go. The ice cream is as perfect and delicious as you see it.
