Explain what I was tasting, and chat told me that there was something wrong those drinks are not supposed to taste that way and if they do taste that way it's probably a bad batch of espresso and that I should say something. So I did just that, I mentioned it to my waiter. He said it was no problem. He'll have them remade, before The two new drinks came back The manager comes out I believe if I remember correctly his name was Richard, which makes sense by the way he treated us, He treated us like a dick. I explained the situation. I explained how we had them before. They tasted good and how this time it taste like wood that maybe it was a bad batch and before I could even finish talking, he interrupts me very confidently and says verbatim "we don't make bad batches here" Well, I've been in customer service my whole life as well as my girlfriend we both looked at each other like wow, that was an interesting response. We didn't want anything free. We just wanted a espresso martini that tastes like an espresso martini should taste, but it was god awful. The second one came out and it taste the exact same which probably came from a bad batch. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because my food was great. My service from the waiter was great however, that manager needs a reality check on how to treat customers because I will never come back to that location based on his smart ass response. And I wish he would've tried it himself so he knows how BAD his espresso martinis taste.

They make the dough here in batches, and then freeze them. The wait was very reasonable at 6-7 minutes as well. I ate my food with taking a picture but I'll fix that soon.
