When I'm in the Brookfield area shopping I prefer to make a stop here. I love Mediterranean style food so it hits the spot! Details below are all positive. No complaints. 1. Food I ordered a falafel bowl with plenty of fresh toppings. Everything tasted very fresh. As always the vegetables were crisp. Please get the pickles they add a nice flavor. I ordered a pita on the side, instead of a sandwich because I feel you get more for leftovers! Lol! The pita was soft and so good! The falafel itself tasted freshly made and had a good texture. Not too crumbly or stiff. I did take off one star because they had some type of Moroccan red sauce and the staff members were unable to let me know if there was dairy in the sauce and there were no details of the sauce on their allergen card displayed near the food. 2. Service The service was fast and straightforward. The staff was kind and efficient. They didn't wow me or respond with "my pleasure" after every request/question but their kindness was exactly what you want in a build your own type of restaurant. 3. Price and Process The pricing is reasonable. I would compare it to a Qdoba or Chipotle. Anywhere from $10-15 depending on what you select and add. They're set up very similar as well. Tell them your entree, pick your base, veggies, and sauces. They have fries too but I don't go there for fries! 4. Cleanliness & Atmosphere Overall, the restaurant looked fine. Nothing stood out as overly impressive and I didn't have any concerns either. The trash was a little full, but they were busy when I visited. There was an entire basketball team dining inside with a coach bus parked out front. That's probably why the trash was full. Now, to answer your question. Yes! I would absolutely return! Next time I day shop in the area I will get another bowl! And yes you should visit as well. I'm mean if you're tired of fast food burgers and burrito bowls and want something quick and fresh! Go! It's probably the closest thing we have to CAVA here in Wisconsin. It's worth trying.

I made a couple modifications and he was so kind about it even though I know I was being kind of annoying and apologized for it. He was so nice and did not make me feel bad. The service is great. I did notice that he both works the counter and cooks the food in the back, so he's clearly very hard-working. The fries were great crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The chicken sandwich was made well, but the chicken was a little bit dry, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. I added some extra sauce I had at home and it was perfect. For whatever reason, I wasn't expecting it to be toasted and I don't think I figured out the online ordering well because it was very plain. The last couple of times, I've been in house and have enjoyed the experience. First of all, their subs are primarily meant to be toasted. I really love their tuna and swiss with all the fixings (including, for a small fee, avocado). It's great! Their subs come in three sizes, skinny, original, and big. I typically get the original, which is still plenty big! Their set up is order at the counter and then move on down the line. Instead of having all the condiments visually in front of you ala Subway, they have a list of what you can get on your sandwich and you just let your sandwich maker at the second stop know (the first stop, you just tell them the sandwich, size, and bread type). They don't have quite as many veggie options as other chains to top your sandwich with but they have enough to give your sandwich a little veggie oomph. All in all, a great spot to stop for a quick sandwich. Get to it!
