He was very communicative with scheduling (which as you can imagine is somewhat up to weather conditions), He had great creative ideas and suggestions, he even met me at the supplier so that I could see first hand the product and not rely simply on photos. Seeing all the 'unseen drainage' that went into the wall surprised me, and it was done with great care. The wall is beautiful and his crew made sure the entire area was well cleaned when finished. I enthusiastically recommend this company for your next project...even if you don't know exactly what you want, with Mark's eye for design, creativity and really hearing what his customer is saying, I am confident you will create the perfect end result together!

They hacked the flowers that were growing. They overpruned our bushes. When we complained, they just stopped pruning anything that wasn't grass, and also they didn't follow through on replacing the overpruned bushes. We paid a lot for the service. They promised to fix the issues on the second year of our contract. Still sucked. Don't do it. It wasn't worth the money and they still just didn't make it right, even after we said we were only doing the second year out of obligation due to the contract. We kept our contract. They violated theirs, but we still had to pay them. Steer clear. I don't know if they just don't care of if their staff is just incompetent. Either way.. We just can't wait. We need to get out of our contract and we would sooner hire a neighborhood kid and would get better (and cheaper!) service.
