Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal.
