Thank God they legalized it. This store has helped me through 6 different surgeries. The selections have changed since Governor $&&@$) changed the law but otherwise a big variety of CBD products. Me and my brother were looking for CBD cartridges, he has had plenty experience with them and I am new to them, we decided to give this CBD specialty store a try and figured they would have good options unfortunately in stock for CBD there was two options and we decided to give the in house brand "AUER CBD" a try, we bought a total of four. 25 minutes later we called in asking if we could exchange two of them (unopened ofc) for a different brand because the AUER cartridges are absolutely foul in taste, they were also sold as broad spectrum only to realize the (very cheap and ugly) packaging clearly say isolate. The taste resembles that of very cheap bad quality THC carts like the 'big chief brand'. When many other CBD cartridges resemble a regular vape liquid flavor/feeling when inhaling. Staff wasn't the nicest, they sold me old CBD oil and told me to scan the bar code if I wanted to see lab tests, and was kinda rude when I didn't understand how to do that. I got home and couldn't find the lab tests on the companies site so I called back and same young man told me idk what to tell you it's their cartridge, well kinda rude and you should be doing your job and selling products with active lab tests. He was no help and support and rude/entitled. I had to call the brand myself and be transferred to customer care which they told me they took it down because that lot is fairly old. Still waiting on the email from them with lab results so bar code on cartridge doesn't even work. High prices for the inconvenience and rude customer care.
