They collected my copay on the way out and I asked if that was all that I would be responsible for...and was told yes. Three weeks later I get a bill for almost $400 in the mail from them. I never found out anything about my son's issue. These people just want your insurance company's money for the allergy testing. The reimbursement they get from your insurance company is huge. They do not actually treat or help the patient. Save your money!!! Go elsewhere.

Now im getting cards and letters from Beltone hearing. Those nasty people won't stop so desperate for a buck. I consider this harassment. What to do with these hard up for a buck idiots.​​​

I went to an allergist who recommended Dr. Kerr. When I saw Dr. Kerr he did a nasal examination and recommended septoplasty surgery. He took the time to explain everything very well and wasn't at all condescending or pushy. He told me to give it some thought and call to schedule an appointment for the surgery if I made the decision to have it. I am not one to just jump into surgery but in February after continued breathing problems I decided I wanted to have the surgery. I called on a Monday to let them know I wanted to schedule a surgery. I got a call back message that they needed to check with Dr. Kerr to see if I had to come in again before they could schedule the surgery. I heard nothing back so I called again and left a message that no one had called me back and I needed to hear from someone. A week went by and no one ever returned my call (and still haven't) and I got to thinking - suppose I did have the surgery there and had issues-- would anyone return my call?? So, despite the fact that I liked Dr. Kerr I decided to find a new ENT doctor to do the surgery. I found another doctor who had great reviews and they immediately set me up for an appointment.
