My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done during my visit to get the perfect fit, and to ensure I was comfortable. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond. She scheduled my MRI for me and when she got the results went over in detail all the issues. When I rescheduled, the next available appointment was more than two months away, possibly closer to three months. I waited all that time because my son has been having severe ear problems and needed to be seen. When I finally arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the front desk told me it had been canceled. I never received a phone call, voicemail, text message, or letter notifying me of the cancellation. When I later called the office, I was told that my chart showed they had called me. I explained that someone may have documented that a call was made, but I never actually received one. I regularly check my call log, return missed calls, and listen to my voicemail, so I would have known if someone had contacted me. To make matters worse, the front desk refused to reschedule my son's appointment in person and told me I had to call instead. After I called, I was informed that they were booked three months out and that after September they would no longer accept my insurance. I don't understand why the front desk couldn't have told me that while I was there. Now I have to go back to my son's primary care doctor to get another referral to a different specialist, causing even more delays in getting him the care he urgently needs for his severe ear problems. Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Poor communication and a lack of concern for patients' time and medical needs made an already stressful situation much worse. I cannot recommend this office based on how our situation was handled

Everyone was caring and helpful. I especially have great admiration for the Certified Nurse Assistants-what an unpleasant job at times but always done with kindness and care beyond what anyone would expect. She performed surgery on me but did not fix the issue I originally came in for. What is most upsetting is that only after the surgery did I find out that my problem could have been completely resolved in a single visit. Instead, only part of the problem was addressed. If all the possible options and consequences had been explained to me beforehand, I would have made a completely different decision. Now I have to live with a result that I am not happy with and the realization that the opportunity to fully solve the issue was missed. I feel extremely disappointed because I trusted my health to this so-called doctor. After the surgery, I was left with regret and frustration, knowing that I now have to suffer because of an incompetent specialist. My experience with this doctor was extremely negative. I've been asking it for years to stop sending junk mail which causes my letter carrier to have to walk all the way up to my house to deliver it - for nothing. I've called it, I written to it, I've spend money on postage stamps to mail all of it back to make a point, etc., yet it just completely ignores me. I have a huge new pile of its large envelopes and mailers which I'm sending back, I'm sure to no avail yet again. Also, I looked it up on Consumer Reports. That agency reports on 16 hearing aid companies but Bloom isn't even listed. My last point is that my hearing is perfect so I don't even need a hearing aid. Grrr!
