My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done during my visit to get the perfect fit, and to ensure I was comfortable. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond. She scheduled my MRI for me and when she got the results went over in detail all the issues. I'm going to start off with saying Dr.Nyland made me feel comfortable that I fought until…read moreeverything was in order for her to do my surgery. Not only did she unconfirm my worst fear but in such a way I didn't feel like I was being over the top for thinking that could be what I have. She agreed I needed tonsillectomy at 41 but she asked me 3 times if I was sure given how difficult the recovery is and how painful it is but assured me she would handle the pain. The office manager I wasn't happy with as she gave me the run around because the doctor was new to the practice and she hadn't been accredited for both of my insurance's yet. And refused to look into anything else but said she would look into a different doctor being able to take my case. But I wanted Dr.Nyland. Long story short she finally did my surgery on 12/4 and boy was Dr.Nyland not kidding it is awful. But the doctor set me up for success with pain management. Because of regime of how to handle it if I stay on top of it stays at a 6/10. If I don't do every 4 hours to 1-2 tablets it gets it to where I can at lease drink water. I was scared with running out of meds cause my pharmacy told me something completely different. But I called on Friday and the MA assured me to take 1-2 every 4 hour's and not to worry it is the worst pain I will feel in life and they have my back if they need to order anything else. I don't know who the past doctor was at this practice but don't let the stars effect up to 6 months ago as Dr.Nyland is new to the practice. She is kind and comical. I'm incredibly glad I waited. And as a person who gets judged because of my tattoos and meds list she didn't. Thank you Dr.Nyland and staff for helping me through this darkest time of my life.

Bloom Hearing Aid Centers has to be the most annoying company in the world. The Better Business…read moreBureau gives it only one star out of five (it doesn't give zeros otherwise I'm sure it'd have a zero). But my problem is all of its junk mail! I've been asking it for years to stop sending junk mail which causes my letter carrier to have to walk all the way up to my house to deliver it - for nothing. I've called it, I written to it, I've spend money on postage stamps to mail all of it back to make a point, etc., yet it just completely ignores me. I have a huge new pile of its large envelopes and mailers which I'm sending back, I'm sure to no avail yet again. Also, I looked it up on Consumer Reports. That agency reports on 16 hearing aid companies but Bloom isn't even listed. My last point is that my hearing is perfect so I don't even need a hearing aid. Grrr!

He was very frustrated. He called the Butan Dr Center for over a week.The answering machine at that office says that someone will return the call when in fact the office is closed. I looked online for other Bloom Hearing Aid Centers, and Michelle at the Fair Oaks Center returned my call immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment with her. She took care of the problem quickly; she was gracious and efficient. I give Michelle 5 stars and the Butano Dr office a 0. If the office is closed, why doesn't the message on the answering machine say so? My father paid a lot of money for his hearing aids and no one returned his calls to give him help.
