**Custom Ear Plug/Protection Appointment Review**…read more I just had my custom ear protection fitting and wanted to share my exceptional experience. My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done during my visit to get the perfect fit, and to ensure I was comfortable. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond. I personally want to thank Dr McWilliams and Dr Barragan for their amazing service and professionalism. I would recommend this service to anyone.

She only offered the one price, which I later found online for $3,000, including service. But the aids had no midtone, and did not block outside noise, so were massively disappointing for the huge price. I now use Apple earpods, and get full spectrum sound and great hearing, for $200, and compleely block loud and sharp noises. You do the hearing test yourself. But you have to charge every few hours in the case. Worth the inconvenience.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience, I simply can't stay silent…read more I went to Dr. Deanne Nyland with a specific problem. She performed surgery on me but did not fix the issue I originally came in for. What is most upsetting is that only after the surgery did I find out that my problem could have been completely resolved in a single visit. Instead, only part of the problem was addressed. If all the possible options and consequences had been explained to me beforehand, I would have made a completely different decision. Now I have to live with a result that I am not happy with and the realization that the opportunity to fully solve the issue was missed. I feel extremely disappointed because I trusted my health to this so-called doctor. After the surgery, I was left with regret and frustration, knowing that I now have to suffer because of an incompetent specialist. My experience with this doctor was extremely negative. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Deanne Nyland and this clinic. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Bloom Hearing Aid Centers has to be the most annoying company in the world. The Better Business…read moreBureau gives it only one star out of five (it doesn't give zeros otherwise I'm sure it'd have a zero). But my problem is all of its junk mail! I've been asking it for years to stop sending junk mail which causes my letter carrier to have to walk all the way up to my house to deliver it - for nothing. I've called it, I written to it, I've spend money on postage stamps to mail all of it back to make a point, etc., yet it just completely ignores me. I have a huge new pile of its large envelopes and mailers which I'm sending back, I'm sure to no avail yet again. Also, I looked it up on Consumer Reports. That agency reports on 16 hearing aid companies but Bloom isn't even listed. My last point is that my hearing is perfect so I don't even need a hearing aid. Grrr!

She took care of the problem quickly; she was gracious and efficient. I give Michelle 5 stars and the Butano Dr office a 0. If the office is closed, why doesn't the message on the answering machine say so? My father paid a lot of money for his hearing aids and no one returned his calls to give him help.
