My hearing aids work well with my bluetooth and phone. I am able to adjust them, although I don't need to adjust them much since they are set up well in the office. I appreciate the 4 month free check ups that they provide. Many other businesses do not offer this service.

My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done during my visit to get the perfect fit, and to ensure I was comfortable. I have gotten hearing aids before and from a very good provider Costco was…read moresignificantly better starting off the price was about half of what I paid for my previous hearing aids and they're very high-tech and the insurance policy that I had to pay separately for previously comes included with the Costco hearing aid so there about $3000 less out the door than my previous set. The hearing aid exam they had there was good. I've had multiple hearing tests at several different places including Sacramento State and UC Davis. All of them have been similar exams. Costco's hearing aids are absolutely top-notch,you can get an appointment easily,there's no co-pay on the regular visits and they will go so far as to give you loaner hearing aids if they can when you have a repair pending. Most (if not all) of other providers of hearing aids get kickbacks; Costco doesn't. The price is the price. Highly, highly, highly, recommend Costco. Also a shout out to Kyle who was the person who helped me and he was fantastic.
