She gives the works to someone else that then tells you what to do and over charges you. Then makes you prove she over charges you. Then hangs up on you .I can prove all of this. This was a horrible experience. I would do anything to not have this person steal and I mean yes I consider this person to have stolen the money she was paid stolen from me. It was the worst experience of my life. I just wish she would not have lied to me over and over. I am working with lawyer and my bank to get my money back. She lies on her website because I am not happy or satisfied and she knows I never was. She is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. Use someone else!!!! Save your money and trust me!

Cracked floor tiles spanning entire venue, gum-stained carpet and dance floor, energency exit obstructed by curtains, and cracked glass railings. Planned to have our wedding reception here. Owner made false promises to us to complete repairs, so we would sign a contract and pay him money. Now refuses to complete. Originally shared 2nd floor could accomodate 400 guests, despite fire safety plan stating 260. After bringing this to attention of venue, now claiming they never stated this, despite multiple witnesses and written confirmation. Originally, told us they would provide a seating arrangement, now refusing to provide this stating this is our responsibility to create for their venue. Refuse to provide a to-scale floor plan, for us to even attempt this. Originally told us insurance was included with our event, now stating we are liable for purchasing. Recommend all to avoid this venue. They have made planning our wedding a nightmare and expect us to pay additional funds to cancel our event, despite a void contract and venue's inability to meet expectations. Many cheaper venues available in better condition and with management that demonstrates integrity.

On May 20th, 2024, we attended a "Celebration of Life" for my sister-in-law who sadly passed away…read moreon April 30th, 2024. The deceased has four daughters who were left behind during this difficult time. They took the time to book a celebration for their mom's passing called "Yvette's Celebration of Life". The four girls did a venue at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda located at 7065 Westpointe Blvd #140, Orlando, Fl 32835. It was a private party where certain family members got the invitation. Once we arrived the building was a site to see. There was plenty of parking alongside the business. The entrance was breathtaking with beautiful chandeliers hanging above a high cathedral ceiling. The tables were white linen tables covered in the center with beautiful all color roses. We had a different type of celebration which was a party of life after death. Those were my sister-in-law wishes. She wanted us to remember her parting and laughing and spending time with the family. And so, we did. The food was excellent, her daughters catered food and the room was awakened with a DJ, and a violinist, this was something they pulled together with some friends that were very talented and wanted to pay their tribute to my sister-in-Law. The daughters, all 3 of them had something beautiful to say regarding their mom. The ballroom was very spacious and beautiful. Lots of space to get up and mingle, walk around, and dance on the floor. They also had an open bar for a few hours. Plenty of room to decorate as you wish. plenty of tables and seating. My sister-in-law would have approved if she was alive. The entrance was beautiful and decorated nicely. Thank you, Crystal Ball Room, for the experience. This ballroom you can book any type of event and you will not be disappointed. I want to thank the Waitress and Waiters that worked on May 20th, 2024, for there professionalism and for making sure it was a smooth process from beginning to the end. Highly recommend it. . MARIAE
