It exceeded our expectations - the setup was not only perfect, but everything went smoothly. We are glad to have had you for our wedding and now our baby shower. You have become our close friends through our biggest moments in our lives. The way Shivani came to our house beforehand, and actually helped Anjali with operations but also helped relax her with the entire event, was priceless. Mansi and the rest of the team were always so welcoming and the entire team has impeccable customer service. Being around your team during the wedding and only a few hours on Sunday showed me what it feels like to be catered to. You guys make people feel like nothing is more important in the world than them and their event. Please keep this going, and maybe do some seminars for other companies, because this is how customer service is supposed to be. We are beyond grateful and thankful. Jay & Anjali Trambadia

I set up an appointment to meet with her to be a day of coordinator. During our meeting I realized she could actually save me money if I hired her as my full wedding planner. Angela has great relations with vendors all over town; she paid for her services with the savings on the first few vendors. Even if Angela didn't know a vendor, that didn't mean that she wasn't going to reach out to them and negotiate for me. The thing that I liked most about Angela was that she responded almost immediately when I text, emailed, or called; this is a quality that very few vendors in this industry share! She is extremely detail oriented and knows how to stay on task. Angela was able to keep us on time the entire day of our event. She setup the reception and ceremony venues, dealt with all the vendors, and still made sure we weren't late for pictures. My family is a bit of a handful, that may be a slightly under embellished statement, and Angela saw the wrath of them. She handled herself with great class and personal restraint and kept doing her job keeping us on track and everything running smoothly. She stopped what she was doing to fix my dress so I didn't fall on my face in our first dance, and she stayed with us the entire night to pack up everything neatly for me. I cannot begin to rave enough praises about Angela. This is an easy choice ladies, I am as detail oriented and some might say anal as people get, and I could not have been happier with anyone else to help plan my wedding. I would/will recommend Angela to anyone planning a wedding or any event that they want to run smoothly and not have to worry themselves all about the details.

I feel obligated to share our experience to warn others considering The Garden Ballroom in Haines…read moreCity, Florida. My sister chose this venue for one of the most important days of her life, and unfortunately, it turned into one disappointment after another. The bridal suite was completely unacceptable. It was tiny, there were spiders on the ceiling, water was actively leaking from the ceiling into a bucket, and there wasn't even a private restroom for the bride and bridal party. From the beginning, we were told that everything would be run on "military time" and there would be no flexibility whatsoever. We were given virtually no opportunity to make adjustments or personalize the schedule to fit the bride and groom's wishes. The event coordinator's approach was cold, controlling, and unnecessarily confrontational, making everyone feel uncomfortable rather than supported. The event coordinator was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. Instead of helping to make the day special, she seemed determined to make everything more difficult. The food was poor quality and disappointing. Guests were not served drinks at their tables and instead had to get them from the bar themselves. There wasn't even water or soft drinks available on the tables, which is a basic expectation at a wedding reception. We specifically asked in advance whether a projector was available and were assured that it was. Upon arrival, we were first told there wasn't one. After we discovered that a projector actually existed, we were informed that it would cost an additional $200 just to use it for a four-minute slideshow. This felt misleading and completely unreasonable. To make matters even worse, a staff member scolded my two-year-old daughter because she wasn't standing in line to get fruit. Speaking to a toddler that way was completely unacceptable. Later in the evening, we wanted to take a quick photo with sparklers. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the event coordinator yelled directly at a 65-year-old guest in front of everyone. There was absolutely no reason to speak to anyone that way, especially at a wedding celebration. The final incident was beyond belief. We had purchased and brought our own alcohol to the wedding. At the end of the night, the venue refused to let us take home the unopened bottles that we had paid for ourselves. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, they called the police and accused us of trespassing. Thankfully, the responding officers quickly recognized how unreasonable the situation was and made sure our property was returned to us. No family should have to deal with this level of disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior on a wedding day. A wedding venue should help create lasting memories for the right reasons--not become the source of stress, embarrassment, and conflict. Based on our experience, I strongly advise anyone considering The Garden Ballroom to think twice before booking this venue. We would never recommend it. There was only 3 iced coffees for 75 people

The deceased has four daughters who were left behind during this difficult time. They took the time to book a celebration for their mom's passing called "Yvette's Celebration of Life". The four girls did a venue at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda located at 7065 Westpointe Blvd #140, Orlando, Fl 32835. It was a private party where certain family members got the invitation. Once we arrived the building was a site to see. There was plenty of parking alongside the business. The entrance was breathtaking with beautiful chandeliers hanging above a high cathedral ceiling. The tables were white linen tables covered in the center with beautiful all color roses. We had a different type of celebration which was a party of life after death. Those were my sister-in-law wishes. She wanted us to remember her parting and laughing and spending time with the family. And so, we did. The food was excellent, her daughters catered food and the room was awakened with a DJ, and a violinist, this was something they pulled together with some friends that were very talented and wanted to pay their tribute to my sister-in-Law. The daughters, all 3 of them had something beautiful to say regarding their mom. The ballroom was very spacious and beautiful. Lots of space to get up and mingle, walk around, and dance on the floor. They also had an open bar for a few hours. Plenty of room to decorate as you wish. plenty of tables and seating. My sister-in-law would have approved if she was alive. The entrance was beautiful and decorated nicely. Thank you, Crystal Ball Room, for the experience. This ballroom you can book any type of event and you will not be disappointed. I want to thank the Waitress and Waiters that worked on May 20th, 2024, for there professionalism and for making sure it was a smooth process from beginning to the end. Highly recommend it. . MARIAE

Remember to always triple check your paperwork; they get busy, and there will always be a correction or two to make before sending payments and finalizing the BEO. Justin is fantastic for room blocks and I can tell he loves his job, he was also quite quick and responsive! Charlie is fabulous for florals and decorations, he made sure to keep my boquet redacted in emails, since my mother and fiance wanted the design to be a complete surprise for me, he's the best of the best! Overall, if budgeted properly and planned for spending more than your initial budget with essential add ons, Disney is a great choice for a destination wedding. Make sure to ask all of the details questions because they will also help you with the price. On site, all of the coordinators were really on top of things they even prevented what could've been a great mishap when I started to walk out to lineup for the wedding Pavilion, but my Groom was an out debt and they prevented me from walking out so that he wouldn't see me, everything ran on time and was like a well oiled machine, people attended to our every need as if we were a real life, Prince and princess, Riding in the Cinderella's Coach was truly a dream come true an absolutely worth all of it My husband and I kept talking about how we couldn't believe how great the wedding was going and how much fun everyone was having and that it was all running smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss. On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company.

We had Deirdre and from our first meeting with her she didn't have any wedding ideas or visions. She basically went through a timeline and asked a bunch of questions, most of which we couldn't answer because my daughter has never had a wedding before. We hired a planner to do just that, help plan and guide us. We had a bad feeling about Deirdre and contacted Blush hoping they would give us someone else. They stood behind her. I wish we pushed it because our concerns showed up on the wedding day. Deirdre was hardly around at all during the entire wedding. Apparently she had an assistant whom we never met or saw. There should have been three people from Blush for a large wedding. We communicated to her that the couple wanted to attend the cocktail party doing photos before so that could happen. Deirdre escorted them to a room for a private cocktail time, which was nice, however she never went back to get them. They finally left on their own with little time to visit with guests. My daughter kept looking over her shoulder for Deirdre, as she witnessed during her friends weddings their planners were at the brides hip most of the time. During the ceremony she wasn't behind the bride to fix her dress before walking down the aisle. It was off to the side for the pictures. Worst bride nightmare! After picking out a perfect train and veil to have it crumbled up walking down the aisle. She also didn't come the rehearsal so Blush should have replaced her then with the planner who did, as that Is part of the reason things went wrong. Things happen so I understand her not being able to make the rehearsal, however there should have been someone at the wedding who did make it to the rehearsal. This totally falls on Blush. Deirdre gave the band and the DJ the wrong opening songs. We were never introduced to the catering manager, which I shouldn't have needed, but our table was out of water and wine during most of dinner and we had to get up and find a server because I couldn't find Deirdre. She should have pointed out the host table to the manager at least. The cake was cut and served on a side table but she didn't tell the band to announce it so the majority of the cake went to waste. We extended the after party and the bus to take people back to the hotel's till 12:45. At 11:30 she announced the LAST bus was leaving so people panicked and left. She was in charge of getting the card box to my car, however the box was a little small and some cards were left on the table. There are a handful of cards guests left that never made it back to us. BLUSH single handedly ruined much of the wedding that took over a year to plan, not to mention the expense. You rely on wedding planners to help make your dream wedding a reality, not to be stressed the day of and very disappointed. I called and left a message with Brandee a couple of days ago asking to return my call, but I haven't heard back yet.
