They're rude don't answer the phone I had to drive by to get an appt come to find out they changed their hours without a email or post about it. So my favorite spa is now no more it was a year that I am going . Sauna and a salt room wasted on ego driven men and women. It's sad. They had a great concept. However their ignorance and lack of attention at a sauna a wellness center. After my daughters death this place was amazing but slowly they stopped caring about their clientele. Do better and be nice to the people who are keeping your business afloat. Shame on you guys. Horrific. Obviously never a business owner. Need to get rid of everyone and start fresh. You all killed the vibe to your spa and mental health clinic.. how reckless. And I learned many doing the same running from that toxic place. That's not the place to go to anymore. The energy when you walk in that place is chaotic and unorganized.
