Cindy has a wealth of experience and resources to share, and I really like her approach as well. She's very open, easy to talk to, and she tells me like it is-- which is what I personally need. We used to meet in person, but since the beginning of the pandemic, I switched to virtual video sessions, which have worked out quite well. I find that I get the most out of our sessions together when I commit to doing the homework and also trying the other resources and techniques she recommends. Cindy offers guidance and insight that I can really put to use-- not just for myself-- but also within my personal relationships and career pursuits. If you're looking to make some long-lasting positive changes in your life, and are willing to put in the personal effort it takes to make those happen, I wholeheartedly recommend that you get in touch with Cindy!

Kelsey was amazing, I loved her energy and Jaeden seemed to enjoy her as well. He gave her his hands meaning he felt good and ok to say hello to her. She made me feel comfortable and provided me the documents I needed to fill out for Jaeden. The therapist Jennifer I believe or Jessica was amazing ! She was very informative and gave some suggestions on what Jaeden will work on while he is attending the music therapy. I loved how clean the waiting area is and how professional everyone was. I absolutely loved that they have cameras in each room for the parent to see and feel safe while their child is in their hands. I can not wait to have Jaeden start his sessions.

The idea that we can further help with any developmental or sensory issues with music is wonderful. Staff is polite, friendly, and patient. They set up a plan for my sons needs and he is doing very well. He gets to play with drums, guitars, piano, bongos, fun games and it is boosting his confidence in a big way. The waiting area is very comfortable, a big plus for parents who know what it's like to wait in cramped hard chairs during sessions. They have cameras so you can see what is going on in the therapy rooms from the waiting area. The location is easy to get to right off the I4 Lee Rd exit with plenty of parking. So far I am extremely happy with the services provided.

I had spent many years longing to find an actual Medium who could help me connect with my parents…read morebut had no luck, until I saw an ad from Shari Dworkin-Smith. The video attached to this ad was incredible. She comes across as kind, sensitive, caring and completely genuine. I showed my husband this ad and told him I wanted to contact her. He agreed with my assessment and so it began. I reached out to Shari and she quickly responded. She had a slot only a few days away and offered it to me, I greatfully accepted. My session started out so wonderfully. She was every bit as nice as she appeared in the video. She explained how she works and was very comforting not only in her demeanor but in the tone of her voice and how she speaks. I told her that I was ready for whatever came and was very open and hopeful. As soon as she began I immediately knew she was the real deal, very genuine. For the next 40 minutes she relayed words from my loved ones. Everything she relayed was 1000% accurate. I instantly knew who was talking and knew what they were talking about. Most of what was said no one but me and the person speaking knew. I was left shaken and in tears after my session, it brought up so many emotions and it was so much more than I had hoped for. Shari is not only a wonderful human being but she truly has a gift and loves to share that gift with her clients. If you ever wanted to speak to a Medium, do not hesitate, I assure you she is for real. What you will get from her is worth every penny and more. Heidi B

The hypnotherapy session allowed me to safely revisit childhood memories and reflect on how they affected me then and now. The session was an age regression. Prior to starting, Shari made me comfortable by talking me through what would happen and what to expect. She is very reassuring and competent, and held the session in a professional setting. I had been a little anxious, but after hearing her plan, I was very relaxed. Shari has a very calming presence. At the end of the brief regression, I was comfortably "awakened." Shari then helped me understand the feelings I re-experienced. It was freeing and grounding to release the negative energy I'd been carrying. I left feeling that a considerable weight had been lifted from me. I'm very satisfied with Shari's skills as a therapist.

Take a look at the pictures and you'll see they have such a phenomenal set up that is RARE! They are super well prepared to handle a variety of issues in children. The team is large. They have 13 therapists that are all professional level counselors. They have graduate student, registered interns (post graduate school experience), and licensed professionals. As a matter of fact, Cynthia Wanberg, is a supervisor for other potential play therapists that are wanting to get fully credentialed in play therapy! Wow. This place is impressive and from my understanding is continuing to grow and expand. They do also work with adults, they have testing and assessment, family counseling and children and family services. I know some of the therapists do take Medicaid too. I'm not sure about other insurance carriers. You'd have to call to find out. If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a try!!

Prior…read moreto check-in, I was sent a long set of forms to fill out to better analyze my situation and make the payment process faster. The front desk was very kind and quick. The waiting room was very small. It was full and everyone had to sit with each other, felt a little like we were on top of each other. That's my only gripe, but the building was beautiful and there isn't space to expand the waiting room because of the individual rooms. In the individual room, it was decorated with the consciousness of being serene. The lights were dimmed and only lamps, no overhead lights. The window also had opaque drapes that aided into the ambience. There were multiple chair options to sit on, and all comfortable. My doctor reviewed my previous form I filled out and asked some follow up questions. She was able to diagnosis me faster than all the doctors I've seen in the past 6 years. She was very knowledgeable about the meds she wanted to start me on, and very patient in answering my questions and concerns. She took my concerns into consideration and very much seemed genuinely concerned about me getting the best outcome. She offered counseling services as well, but I opted out. Check out was very quick as well and friendly. They offer telehealth visits after you initially visit in person.
