Kelsey was amazing, I loved her energy and Jaeden seemed to enjoy her as well. He gave her his hands meaning he felt good and ok to say hello to her. She made me feel comfortable and provided me the documents I needed to fill out for Jaeden. The therapist Jennifer I believe or Jessica was amazing ! She was very informative and gave some suggestions on what Jaeden will work on while he is attending the music therapy. I loved how clean the waiting area is and how professional everyone was. I absolutely loved that they have cameras in each room for the parent to see and feel safe while their child is in their hands. I can not wait to have Jaeden start his sessions.

The idea that we can further help with any developmental or sensory issues with music is wonderful. Staff is polite, friendly,and patient. They set up a plan for my sons needs and he is doing very well. He gets to play with drums, guitars, piano, bongos, fun games and it is boosting his confidence in a big way. The waiting area is very comfortable, a big plus for parents who know what it's like to wait in cramped hard chairs during sessions. They have cameras so you can see what is going on in the therapy rooms from the waiting area. The location is easy to get to right off the I4 Lee Rd exit with plenty of parking. Let me start by saying, Thank God I found this practice! They literally saved my life... Frandzie…read moreis the most compassionate, caring medical professional I have EVER been to... She truly cares for her patients... and wants to help them get well... I felt like I was dying this year...literally...I couldn't stand without toppling over or running into walls, I couldn't put two thoughts together... I'd forget what I was trying to say MID-WAY in a sentence! I looked like I hadn't slept in months...deep, dark circles under my eyes...my family was super worried about me... I had begun to "get my affairs in order". :( I didn't want my husband or kids to have to get rid of useless stuff when I was gone... they'd be dealing with enough emotional issues... so I was trying to make things easier on them... WHILE just enjoying the rest of my days... Frandzie was determined to find out what was wrong with me and help me... I had blood work done, got some other tests done that I'd never even heard of before, and went to several specialists she referred me to, personally... She went above and beyond to take care of me... Come to find out, I had completely STOPPED producing hormones... Apparently that's a really bad thing...It was suspected that I might have Addison's... Thankfully, that's not what I had... Through her very thorough testing...she discovered the reason my body stopped functioning like it was supposed to. It was actually something super weird that you wouldn't think would cause any issues... One of the medications I was taking (that a different Dr. prescribed me), ALMOST killed me. Once I got OFF that medication, I started improving... I'm not 100% yet, but I'm on my way to being well... :) I'm no longer running into walls, or toppling over... and I can think again... I don't seem like an Alzheimer's patient anymore... :) I am thankful to God that I found this practice and these wonderful people... especially Frandzie... :) The office staff are wonderful! Always kind and willing to help me in any way... I feel at home here... The office at Vanguard Medical Center, is such is so warm and inviting...and when you're called back to a room, it's so cozy... more like a home than a medical office... And Frandzie sits with you and talks to you like a REAL person... You KNOW she cares... Not like most medical offices, where they come in for 5 minutes IF you're lucky... and they give you their best guess... and hope that it works... I LOVE going to my appts here because I know I'm being well cared for... This is the first time in my entire life that I have real hope of getting better... I have other health issues... and I know Frandzie is working to help me live a normal life... Not live a sick life... I wish I had gone to a Functional medicine practice sooner... I had about eight sessions with therapist Nilda and unfortunately the experience kept getting worse…read moreinstead of better. During sessions she often seemed distracted and not really present. Multiple times the sessions ended earlier than scheduled, yet the full time was billed. There were also several scheduling issues. On more than one occasion the appointment was confirmed and then suddenly dropped or canceled, which made it very difficult to rely on the sessions. In our last meeting she told me to "make sure all aspects of my life are great." When I asked how to actually work on that, she said she would send me a printout with guidance. That material was never sent...well why would I read print outs when I go to the sessions shows the professionalism too.left them a voice message which hasn't been returned. They truly "care " about your wellbeing. When you are going through a difficult time and looking for real support, it's very discouraging to feel like the therapist is not engaged or following through. After almost eight sessions I honestly felt worse rather than better. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone .

My father was terminally ill at The Villages Hospital and needed to be transferred to hospice care…read more Unfortunately, the staff at The Villages hospital were non responsive, rude and apathetic. But Melody from Cornerstone Hospice guided me through the process. Melody was patient, sensitive and gave me all the information I needed about my father's sudden illness before I made the decision to approve the transfer to their care. She made herself available at all times, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Melody made recommendations that truly showed her level of care and empathy, which seems to be overrated these days. Finding out that someone you love is terminally ill is hard to swallow, is a time of pain and confusion, desperation and uncertainty. The way Melody handled my situation made it easier for me to know what steps to take and when. Even after my father passed away, I got numerous calls from the staff at Cornerstone to check up on me, see how I was doing, and offered emotional support if needed. I can't thank them enough for the way they cared for my father and the exceptional service they provided me with. I HIGHLY recommend Cornerstone Hospice!
