While there's not shortage of parking, the spaces are very small and can be a tight squeeze. Theater lobby was clean, but it was a huge menu option for drinks and food available at the concession stand. It took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted. My husband got the burger and I got the loaded potato fries. We did not need both of these as the portions were huge. Everything was made to perfection! Probably one of the best burgers we have had at a movie theater specifically. The loaded fries were massive and there were no fry uncovered. The movie was good, seats were very comfortable, and it really made for a great one stop shop for a movie date night.

A nice place to see a film. The staff also seems to like being there unlike AMC.

I HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME THAT I ENDED UP CANCELING MY AMC MEMBERSHIP!!!…read more The experience here was just that good, and the customer service was truly top tier. I ordered a small popcorn and had to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch to be ready. Personally, I think that's completely reasonable because I'd much rather wait a few minutes for hot, fresh popcorn than receive something that's been sitting around. The employee still apologized for the wait, even though it was something completely outside of her control, and then went above and beyond by giving me a large popcorn for the short wait. I genuinely felt like we waited a very appropriate amount of time, so that gesture really stood out to me. It showed how much they care about making sure customers have a great experience. The theater itself was huge, the seats were incredibly comfortable, and the parking lot was super easy and convenient. Everything about the visit was smooth and enjoyable. I truly had the time of my life here and left feeling very impressed. Between the comfortable theater, fresh food, convenient parking, and especially the amazing customer service, Edwards Regal definitely earned all five stars from me. The seats recline, the theaters aren't overcrowded, and the snack selection is pretty good. I also enjoyed the refreshers. Best of all, the temperature was actually comfortable--not freezing and not weirdly warm. For a Tuesday movie night, I'm not complaining!

I've been coming to this theater for years, but over the past year I've noticed a steady decline in…read morethe quality of the seats, service, food, and overall experience. On my last two visits within the same month, the AC was not working properly. During The Odyssey, I sat through nearly three hours as the theater continued to get warmer. With the humidity we've been experiencing in San Diego, it was extremely uncomfortable. The same issue occurred during a movie I saw three weeks earlier, and the visit before that as well. At this point, I'm not sure if the AC is actually broken or if Cinepolis is simply not prioritizing the repair. If you're planning to see a movie during these hot summer months, I'd recommend calling ahead to confirm the AC is working in your theater. And don't be fooled by the freezing lobby--the individual theaters can be a completely different story.

We had our party at Lake Dixon, and the man who dropped off the bouncer was also so incredibly friendly! It's located on the inside of a mall, but there's not even a sign that specifies that AMC is there. Just know that once you've passed by Trader Joe's and start walking to Ralph's, you've gone too far. As for parking, I think on the lower level, which is also hard to pinpoint from the main road (depending on where you're driving from, I've been told there's a parking garage). For me, I just ended up parking near the Trader Joes's/PetSmart side, which offered plentiful and more manageable parking. Aside from that, I totally understand what everyone means by the odd parking situation now lol. Once I found the theatre, it wasn't a bad experience. Staff was friendly, bathrooms, for the most part were clean. The inside felt a little outdated, but the reclining seats were comfortable! Keep in mind that they WILL make some loud squeaky noises if you're trying to adjust the positions mid-movie. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this AMC specifically, but I can't say I had a completely terrible experience either.
