I bought a whole system from these guys for one of my trucks last year for my 2004 Silverado from the headunit,all wiring, speakers, subs, sub box and amps and had them install it so if I had any problems with it I wouldn't have to worry about anything. The only problem I had was I didn't get the speakers they recommended and after install I immediately wasn't happy with the sound of the speakers I insisted I wanted and when I called them back to see about getting the ones they recommended instead they were more than happy to let me drop truck off to get them installed. What a night and day difference in the sound between the once I picked and ones they recommended I can't believe how good my system sounds and ive been blasting it for over 8 months now without a single issue. The best customer service I think I have ever had! I was having g an issue with my alarm going off every few minutes. They got me in the same day, diagnosed and were HONEST! It wasn't my alarm it was my key fob, but guess what, they did a workaround until the keyfob is replaced. My neighbors will be happy not to hear this alarm at all hours! Thank you so much! read more

Didn't buy anything from these guys and thank god. First time I called a guy answered the phone cuesed outloud shouted something and hung up. I almost called the Troopers, thinkimg they were being held up. Next 10 times they didnt answer. On the 12th attempt a guy answered and switched it to VM. Couple more ring outs and finally guy answers, hurries what he thinks is an answer to my question and then pushes me to hold music. What kind of purgatory is this business in? read more

The worst customer service ever!!! Shipped me the wrong item, got nasty with me and practically hung up in my face. The guy was super unprofessional and was aggressive, that the product they sent was the basically the same and I got a "good deal" anyway. It also took a complaint to paypal to get them to ship the wrong item, it was a week of me emailing with no answer then finally a claim to paypal to get them to ship. I had Audio Jam in Governor's Square install a Diamond Amplifier and Speakers in my 2019 Harley Davidson Road Glide a couple years ago. They did a great job at a good price. The sounds system worked fantastic and the sound quality and decibel level exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to this week. I washed my motorcycle after riding 1650 hard miles down through Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina. I tried to be careful not to get too much water in the speaker or on the fairing above the radio / GPS unit. No such luck. After washing and drying my motorcycle, the volume through my speakers was so low, I couldn't hear any music once I started my motorcycle. I tried to blow it dry through the speaker with a shop vacuum. I waited a few days to see if any water residue would dry up by itself. Still no luck. I feared the worst, I blew the speakers or zapped the amplifier or head unit. I took the motorcycle to Audio Jam, they removed the fairing and completely dried out the speakers, amplifier and radio unit. My sound system works fantastic again! I asked them how much I owed them. Tom at Audio Jam said no charge! I asked, are you sure?, I thought I owed them at least labor charge for the work they did. He said no, it's still covered under warranty. I am totally impressed by the workmanship and quality of the job done by Audio Jam. Also very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. They could have easily charged me $100-150 and I would have been happy. If you have any stereo modification required for your motorcycle or motor vehicle, go to Audio Jam, you won't be disappointed. I took my 2014 Ford Explorer and my Dodge Grand Caravan in for alarms and TVs. I don't remember the guy up front but in my opinion he make audio jam a great audio video slot. Audio Jam saved me!! I was a week away from relocating to NH for the summer when a speaker blew. I love, love, love my 2015 WRX with the Harman Kardon sound system, and while the problem was easy to diagnose, it was not easy to fix. They had the kit in-stock for my bass and tweeter which is a common configuration for car stereos, however, apparently not for Subbies. The Audio Jam speakers were actually an upgrade in quality from what Subaru had installed, but there was a problem; the bluetooth connection for the phone runs through the dashboard speakers. While the music quality was fantastic with tweeters in the dash, the phone connection was basically unintelligible. I am not a tech wizard so I may get these details wrong, but as Tom knowledgeably explained to me, Subaru uses midrange (?) speakers in the dash, not tweeters, to handle the bluetooth/phone... and they would have to order these other speakers for me. Yikes! I was already packed! Audio Jam kept me informed on the status of my order and set up a time that met my schedule to change out the tweeters. Did I mention that their waiting area is actually a theater? This is to demo their other sound systems, of course, but it's hard to argue with comfy chairs and and a great experience (you pick the movies) to pass they time whilst they work their magic on your car/system. This all happened back in June. Before writing my review, I wanted to see how well the speakers and the installation held up after a few months of hot, summer use, which was what killed the previous speakers. 10/10 would recommend Audio Jam! read more

Do not come here for a radio installation!!!! Only come here and spend over $1,000 for installation of you want to be without your car for 7 hours!!!! I dropped my car off at 10:00 am and my car wasn't finished until after 5 pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go here to get anything. I wouldn't even stop in to have a conversation. I ordered a hard to find part from them over the phone. After a week i didn't receive anything. So I called to get the status abs was told they would call me back when the owner got in. Never received a call. So I called back and was told the same thing. After two weeks of no communication with them. I found the part on ebay for cheaper and filled a claim with pay pal. I bought a head unit from Audio Jam last month. The "sales" person told me it came with the blue-tooth. Well he was wrong, and when I confronted the store about this, they told me too bad. They "don't go off people's word." So I trusted a sales person, who is supposed to be more knowledgeable about this things, and I got ripped off. The head-unit that came with the blue-tooth was only $50 more than the price I paid. The blue-tooth alone was $250. And it turns out the "sales" man was actually the Verizon sales person. Purchased a head unit backup camera combo from audio jam. Received the package and hand written on the box of the backup camera it said bad. Called the company the same day and they said they sent it by mistake and would send another along with a return box for the defective one. About a week later I received a replacement, same brand different model. Spent a couple hours installing only to find out the backup camera was not working. The Alpine head unit worked great but nothing from the camera. I took it to my local pro shop just to check my work and he tested the camera and told me sorry but it was defective. Decided to go ahead a purchase a different brand locally and installed it the next day. Works perfect. Sent another email to the company explaining as I'm doing here and asking what we can do to resolve the matter, refund or a working camera. I have yet to get a response from customer service. Price was good but for what, I could have paid the same from my local Best Buy for what I ended up with. read more
