I did not feel any pressure as I have while going into one of the larger commercial hearing aid companies office's. I will definitely go back.

I bought my hearing aids from Costco of Brandon. They were very helpful and I had a great…read moreexperience. The prices were very reasonable compared to a dedicated hearing specialist. That was about 8 years ago. The hearing aids are still functioning. I have brought my hearing aids in several times for adjustments and cleaning. The other day one of my hearing aids stopped working so I took it in. They fixed it while I waited and I was also able to do some shopping. After 8 years, they are no longer under warranty but Costco still provides great customer service.I am now scheduled for an appointment to get another set of hearing aids this month and would not dream of going anywhere else! Good customer service is very tough to find nowadays. Great customer service even more so!
