They were awful, markedly inferior even to my 8 year old set than I hope to retire. Human voices were entirely muffled, unintelligble; background noise was intolerable. But then the worst was to come. A litany of lies. (Biggest lie was almost laughable. Their rep. saiid that given the package weight and its return destination (they are drop-shipped from Germany to make look precision made, rather than from China) shipping fee would exceed their $365 cost. Actual fact, to return them weighing 8 oz. would cost $10.50, including insurance. These people leech off of elderly people needing health aids,) After a series of a dozen email exchanges AccuHear refused to honor their refund agreement. Offered me up to 60% discount if I kept the damn things. But to me they're useless, even at no cost. And by the way, 30 days later I have since seen them since advertised for $49.00. Two offices, one on 19 and one on Springhill Drive. Only had one little complaint. They have a real cuckoo clock that works, but nobody winds it up.
