I asked why because they are still under the warantee, yes it does notcost anything to have the manufacutre fix them, but every time you send them back it cost you $30.00. Do you think that is right for a $5000 pair of hearing aids under a year old . Any time you need an adjustment or if you have any problems they say please bring them back.($30.00 charge).
