Excellent experience buying a car at Audi Wynnewood, from start to finish could not have been easier!!

This place is obnoxious. First, they overcharge for car servicing by a LOT! Second, I went there to get a second key made for a used Audi that I recently purchased. They charged an ridiculous amount for the key itself and another ridiculous amount for pairing the new key to the car. I asked multiple times if they could pair each key to the already pre-set seat settings. They basically told me to do it myself. WTAF? Third, the place charges a fee for using a credit card. I understand a small mom & pop operation doing so, but a car dealership with two locations that makes millions per year is freaking ridiculous. read more

I purchased a used car from this outfit and on the subsequent drive home, I heard a strange noise at highway speeds emanating from the rear of the car. I contacted the dealership immediately and I was told their service department was gone for the weekend. When I contacted the sales manager Todd, he told me there was nothing wrong with the car and it was sold as is. When I took the car for a proper diagnostic, I was told the rear differential was bad, either due to the incorrect fluid being put in by service or it being under filled, also by service. Repair was quoted at $10,000. The dealer offered zero assistance even when I offered to split the repair. Lawyer up if you buy from these people! read more

My vehicle has spent a good month at the location and was returned today and the initial problems have not been resolved. My vehicle is still under Audi warranty and the service department has advised me that it could be a long time before this matter will be resolved. Never have I had a more pleasant efficient buying experience like I had at Audi of wynwood. our salesman john was very nice and knowledgeable with zero pressure. Follow the one stars. That is the real truth about this place. Wow! I would give a zero if I could. Salesman Tony was great! Got into the finance office and the pressure cell began. Three times I said no to any extras. The Numbers game began. I will take this off the car to help you buy this package. Then you're supposed to do 72 months they make it 75 without even telling you.. after a week they found out all the paperwork was wrong. I had to go back over. Not one bit of sympathy for the way I was treated. They literally do not care about one customer that's a fact. Don't go by the 5-4 stars from the very wealthy going in making their purchases and it's all fine. read the one star reviews that will show you the truth. Then management got involved. The finance manager literally laughed at my wife and I.. then some pencil neck Todd manger came over. He could not even look you in the face his body language said I don't even wanna be in this room. Stay away if you have no choice and have to deal with them check everything. They're sitting there in a $10 million building acting like they are broke and not making any money. Stay away many places to go. I will write a letter to Audi corporate office, but we all know that will not go anywhere. Pretty hard to two get anything out of $1 billion company. I would strongly recommend against purchasing your Audi at this location. I've owned a couple Audi cars and was very interested in a specific color combination at this location (while living in California). I reached out to this dealership to begin the process. I let my salesperson know I was moving across the country in 30 days and wanted to be sure I could get my vehicle purchased and delivered within that timeframe (which I acknowledged was tight as we were just coming off a holiday). I also asked the salesperson to disclose any issues with the car (it was used) before I purchased it as I was purchasing remotely and have had no issue with Audi Dealerships being upfront about this in the past. Finally, we discussed and agreed on a price. In all three cases, I had issues: 1. Getting the paperwork wrapped up and my car delivered on time was impossible. I had to call the dealership every day, multiple times a day. I asked multiple times throughout this experience to escalate to the manager or GM. The used sales manager only took my call once and redirected me back to my salesperson who was seldom available. I ended up losing money on transport because I was told to plan on one pick-up day, but later had to reschedule it. My car was delivered 5 days before I left 2. The car was a 2022 with high mileage. I anticipated some general wear-and-tear and asked if there was anything I'd have to fix to which the salesperson told me it was perfect. When it arrived, I found the following: -1 window was completely scratched up to a point that it needs to be replaced -The car was regularly smoked in so I needed to have it treated -A vendor was bent and I'll need body work to fix -Oil was spilled all over the engine bay - which has left a terrible smell in the first month of ownership 3. We negotiated a fair price to start. When I got the paperwork, it was a $1k over what we discussed. I ultimately wanted the car so I had only wished the salesperson was honest to start. Later, during the paperwork, an additional $800 was tacked on. This was due to "Miscalculating of taxes for an out of state buyer". In the end I had to pay $1800 over was was previously agreed to. I asked the sales person to throw in some roof racks for that, and they did so, and they also told me they'd throw in some floor mats. When the car arrived I only received the roof racks. Despite all this, I do want to acknowledge the Finance department and Carley in the licensing/Issuing department were both excellent and incredibly professional. My experience was less than stellar to say the least. First, the sales person was not very knowledgeable about a car, and it was next to impossible to get answers to my questions, or answers in general over an email. Second, after agreeing on a firm price for the vehicle, I took few days to think. I even gave my credit card info to reserve a car. But on a day when I was going to stop by the bank to pick up a cashier's check for a down payment and then to drive to the dealership, I called to reconfirm everything and suddenly the price was $500 higher. I purchased a used car at this location. The overall experience was terrible. The salesperson was not engaging, was rude to my wife by their lack of acknowledgment when she arrived. For Audi I found the building to be subpar. I wrote to the GM and, while she apologized overall, the response was laden with excuses and justifications. I do not recommend this dealer. read more

We purchased an A6 listed on carfax sales site. I called and talked with used car sales and was very eager to chat. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the communication turned terrible. We sent certified checks and asked to get a video of the vehicle before it was transported. Once again no communication back to us. The transport picked up the. A6 and when we received the vehicle the bill of lading was marked up showing dents all over the vehicle. Neither the sales or finance manager disclosed to us that it had hail damage. We have now been trying to contact them about it and crickets. The worse car buying experience we have ever had. read more

I went to the dealership because I had a leak and not only did they fix the leak. They pointed out that I had the wrong brakes on my car. I took my car back to the dealership. I got it from for them to fix that problem. I appreciate Audi Waynnewood for pointing that problem out, but while I was there, I called the dealership and let one of the Audi personnel explain to them how it was the wrong brakes, the experience here above and beyond phenomenal thank you read more

I can't recommend the staff at Wynnewood Audi enough. Go there now! Anthony was kind, patient, and very clear about the details of my CPO Audi Q5. He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive. The service is beyond awful. Sales ppl are in there for a one time deal and don't care about aftercare service at all. Once we made a service appointment three weeks out. On the appointment we dropped off the car and took the train back to work and two hours later got a call that the technician couldn't come out today. Excuse me?! Then what the heck did we make an appointment for?! Totally waste time and efforts. We didn't get a loaner and ended up getting the car back for the weekend and had to drop car off again the next Monday. Beyond ridiculous. We have a S5, which is unfortunately being hit by a woman who ran over a red light. We called asking if they could give us a loaner. The answer is NO and told me that "we cannot always get what we want". Nothing premier about their service at all. We will be switching Mercedes next time. Farewell. read more

Best car buying experience of my life. My salesperson, Erik, (in the used Audi side) was sensational. Knowledgeable, thorough, and impeccably professional throughout the process, he made this a great transaction. I am 60 years old and in my life have owned more than 200 cars. I have never had a better dealer experience. The Q5 we bought is perfect. Our trade-in (Jeep) was fairly priced. Recently purchased an etron Audi and I am very happy with the car but extremely disappointed with their service. Car came with two 110 plugs and they insisted that I must have gotten a 220 as well- wrong! I know the differences between the two and it took over a week of hounding to finally get one. This is our first all electric car and they were less than helpful in reviewing the car set-up. Other Audi dealers have a full-time tech advisor just to help you with your new vehicle, not here! Had to order a second key for the car and it was delivered to the dealer but in three weeks time they never took the time to tell us that it was in (which they said they would). The service department is best described as a necessary evil. They are uninformed and rude if you mange to get them on the phone without waiting on hold for 5 minutes. While there isn't enough space here to go thru the dealing with this dealership -suffice to say had I any inkling of what I would have to deal with I would have left the $70,000 sports car to some other unassuming fool to purchase. It's beyond my comprehension how anyone who purchase an Audi and have to tolerate this type of treatment. Bao at service is great, super knowledgable! Very fair as far as respecting your time if you respect their time. As far as sales, make sure to check that your car has everything, even if new. Lots of items such as owners manual, pen, emergency tire repair kit etc may not be there and the salesman definitely won't verify for you ahead of time. The car lock sounds of Audis are shrill and sound like a German Shepherd barking. This would be nice if it was a German shepherd, but it is a sound to notify one of locking the car doors. The car doors take 10 seconds to lock, while a Chevy takes 3 seconds to lock. If one is trying to lock the trunk as well, it takes an additional 5 seconds for both brands. read more

Service consultant Bao Pham was very good - friendly, competent, and responsive. A bit disappointed as there is a small piece (perhaps a light shield) that I found on the floor of my car after the service, so will have to go back and have them fix. Also I miss the good old days (when I previously had an A-8 from this dealer) when the car would be returned vacuumed and washed. It's nice that a free car wash sticker is provided, but it is a big difference from the approach I get at Lexus with our other car where the car is returned cleaned inside and out. I recently leased a vehicle through Audi Wynnewood. The leasing process was smooth and efficient on the day of and we were happy with our purchase. However, during the process, the agent told us that we would have 3 years of free Electrify America charging. This turned out not to be the case, and he revised his statement to say that we would get 1000 miles of free Electrify America charging. This again turned out to be wrong and upon informing him, he offered us $87 to make up the difference, without an apology. We were not happy but this wasn't a huge issue. We found out that Audi Wynnewood never registered our car or gave us our registration sticker/card and we subsequently got a parking ticket. They did not realize their mistake until we brought the vehicle to the dealership. Throughout this process, they have not communicated with us in a reasonable fashion, especially to our emails inquiring about issues. LIARS AND CROOKS!! DO NOT TRUST. WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We bought a used car from Audi a week ago. After getting the hard sell from Tony and feeling pushed into making a decision we purchased the car. He disclosed there was about $300 worth of minor repairs needed. We took the car to another dealership for the repairs. The car needs $6000 worth of work to even pass inspection. There was an obvious oil leak and stored check engine codes that were buried. They told us to get lost when we went back to complain. They are dishonest and rude crooks taking advantage of people. I recommend everyone STAY AWAY. Go anywhere else. This place is a den of lies. The sales people want to take advantage of you and make you feel like a sucker! read more

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I bought a used Q7 with low mileage and its been a complete nightmare, even now 7 weeks after I sold it back to Audi. I had the car maybe 8 months and it was in and out of service the whole time. While it was only minor stuff it was still a PITA! The service dept is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! The salesman bought the car back from me and told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get my warranty check back bc I had purchased all the warranties. After 2 weeks he said well it can take up to 6 weeks. Now we are in week 7 and I just called headquarters and they dont even have a record of me selling it back!!! That's over $5000 of my money they are holding. Audi's are beautiful cars but seriously this bullshit is NOT WORTH IT!! read more
