    I bought my first Audi 11/17/2023 from Jason Flores (214-995-1113). He went over the car and we took a test drive. The car is very advanced for me so it took a little more explaining then it normally would but Jason went over the items that I needed to know and the car is amazing. I would recommend this location and my salesman Jason Flores.

    After shopping for cars every day this past week, I told my husband "I officially hated car shopping". I was so tired of all of the gimmicks and BS from every single car salesman. It felt like everyone was just playing games! We walked out of a few dealerships. Jace Ocampo was the first straight shooter we met this week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't have the over-the-top pressure tactics. He delivered the car to us next day all the way in Azle, and drove our trade-in back for us. He brought the excitement back to the car buying experience and we are so grateful. If you want the best car buying experience, definitely request him!

    EXTREMELY SHADY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! At this location, it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, they usually keep the car for 2 days and they never let you know about it. You figure it out once it's 6pm and nobody text you, nobody called you to give you an update. And why they should? Deal with that or just don't go there! My most recent visit, was a nightmare. I dropped my car just for oil change. Of course, I took back it by the end of the next day, just to figure out that they charged me for the oil change+labor, but they never did the job! Once I left the location, the oil change intication came up again but the service department was already closed. Their excuse? "Ohhh, the oil machines probably were not calibrated". And I guess I was the very first one who complained, right??? So I had to drop it again next day. The manager, Veronica, was nice and she did the oil change and refund me as well. But that was the only nice part!!! The very same day, I noticed that when I choose the air in the cabin to go down to feet, is not working (coincidence?!). So next day, I dropped again the car for the oil change and see what's going on with the air in the cabin. Veronica called me later to let me know that an actuator is not working and need to be replaced. Price? Around $1200. Today I replace the actuator in another garage that handle European cars, for $365.37 (check pics). They also send me an email, for suggested service for replacing all break pads and break rotors Price? Front pads and rotors $748.75. Rear pads pads and rotors $1151.55. Today I replace all pads and rotors for $940 at the same European car garage (check pics). And the most SHADY part of the story....after I left, I've noticed that the had disconnected my dash cam, but they forgot the connected. I checked the footage and I saw my car inside the service department the first day, but the second time, the person who disconnected it, came from the side of the car, making sure there is no footage recorded. I called and let Veronica know about it, but does really maters??? I initially decide not to leave a bad review for the whole situation, just because Veronica was nice. After finding out that their prices are from the "outer space", I decide to let everyone know that Audi at Fort Worth, they're the most shady car dealership I ever visited!!! Good value? STAY AWAY! Responsive? Yeah....the next day!! Reliable? STAY AWAY x100!!! PS: during the whole situation, of course I was calling there to ask about the process of the service. I had one of the call operators that she hang up the phone on me cause I asked her her name. Veronica's excuse was that they're short in staff, which I understand, but I don't understand the need of a rude employee that doesn't do the basic job, than having one less employee!

    Update: Manager took several weeks of inconsistent follow-up to let me know they would cover half of the cost of repairs. Manager, Alex, said he presented the claim as a "safety issue" and Audi isn't willing to cover the full cost. The seats need airbags replaced and new trim pieces installed. Quoted my cost of $900, even though they previously stated the repairs would cost around $1,400. Apparently, if they are paying "half", the cost goes up $500. When asked why the price is more now than initially estimated, I didn't get a straight answer. I have since received two quotes for repairs in the $350-$500 range for OEM replacement. I can't stress enough to purchase from dealerships that will do the right thing and appreciate your business. This dealer simply just doesn't care about keeping your business.

    This review is exactly 1 month after the time we visited as I like to be sure I feel the same way after they have earned my business. We had been shopping around for a couple of months for a 2nd vehicle. We visited Nissan, Honda, Mercedes, and ended up leaving all of them unimpressed as the process was exhausting. On a total whim, I contacted Bill at Audi of Fort Worth and be crushed it. Bill thoroughly helped us through the process and we left trading our first car for a Brand New Q7 AND A3. Seamless, easy, and he showed us what made the most sense for our situation. Incredible experience and these guys are determined to help.

    Amazing customer service - incredible deals! My fiancé and I drove 4 hours to Fort Worth to work with the Sales Manager, Bill, and the salesman Anthony (lovingly known as A-Train). They went over the top with ensuring we had the best car buying experience possible; welcoming, attentive and thorough, we couldn't have asked for more. In fact, we were so impressed that we drove back again two days later and purchased a second Audi from them! When we got there MaryAnn was in the vehicle on her phone giving me a call to let me know someone else had walked in 5 minutes before I arrived and said that I now had to wait for them to look at the vehicle and look at numbers before I was allowed to look at numbers. We told him we had gone to the wrong building in order to find MaryAnn and the manger said the people who showed up before us got there before us. I am a lifetime customer of RLB Sales because of my experience with Jeff Crawford. I have bought or leased 8 cars from him and he's never steered me wrong. Jeff is a straight talker, is wide open about how his financing works, and can find literally *anything*. Maybe the best way to illustrate is with some stories. I wanted a 350z several years ago and Jeff found one for me in Plainview, TX. The cost of having it driven to DFW would have added about $1,000 to the price. So Jeff insisted I work directly with the dealership in Plainview to save that money and brokered the whole deal for me, working out a dealer-to-dealer cost price. He even negotiated to have a guy from the dealership meet me at the airport with the car so I could look at it and decide if I wanted it (it was love at first sight, of course). Unbelievable. When buying a Nissan Rogue from him for my +1, he advised us to go with the lower trimline for $5K less, then add the sunroof and leather after market for $1,500. I asked if he could add a kicker box, which he put in and rolled it into the financing (less than $5 difference in the payment). My son needed a first car and Jeff had a trade-in 2014 Honda Fit that had hail damage for under $4K. He *loves* the car. Have I made my point yet? If you've driven down Camp Bowie, you've past the lot at the corner of Byant Irvin. Drop in to see Jeff and tell him I sent you!

Furthermore, the interaction with the lady who drove my car in the area for me to take home demonstrated a lack of basic courtesy and proper communication. Her abrupt departure without acknowledging my presence or offering any assistance as to how to get the door to open conveys a disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, whoever disconnected my video camera without consent and failed to reconnect it properly raised concerns about the handling of customers' vehicles and attention to detail. Moreover, the confusion surrounding the garage door and the lack of proactive assistance in facilitating my exit from the premises indicate a lack of efficient operations and customer-centric service delivery. Overall, my experience reveals a systemic issue within this Toyota of Fort Worth regarding communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and prioritizing customer needs. I won't be going back there for my car to be serviced after this distasteful experience. Hopefully, you all have a better experience than I did.
