We called Audi Bedford to see if we could bring in our 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet convertible for service on the top and air conditioning. Last time we took the car in to Middleburg Heights Audi they charged us a lot and did nothing so we thought another Audi Dealership might be more helpful. The first person we talked to said she would have to get permission from her service people to even get the car in for service because they do not usually work on cars that are older than 2011. Later in the day a person called me back and stated that they could work on the car but the diagnostic fee would be $1000. I told her that was outrageous and there is no way I would pay that for just diagnosing the car. I already knew what was wrong with it So much for Customer Service! read more

I brought in my 2018 Audi Q3 for diagnosis. Audi did a full workup and told me my timing chain needed to be replaced and quoted me 5800$. After getting a second opinion on the car, turns out the engine was low and the timing system is fine. Not only did they not fix the problem, they didnt even do the most fundamental step, which is checking the oil!!! Needless to say, I won't be bringing my car in ever again!!! read more

This establishment is EXACTLY why dealerships have bad reputations. Yes I did see the dismal 2-3 star rating prior to going but I was in a Jam. Well of course they bent me over and screwed me! You wouldn't expect this from a high end car company like Audi. Appx $800 for a 12 volt car battery. I could at least stomach that (like a fool) But where o draw the line are the extravagant 'diagnosis' fees and mediocre work. Charged almost $200 for a fuse (cigarette lighter adapter not working). They claimed they replaced the fuse. Not working... when observing this I contacted the service advisor, Allison. I asked for a refund for the item not fixed. She told me they would fix it next time. I purchased a $121,000 SQ8 about 18 months ago. Loved the car....but about a month ago, I had a mishap that required the right side rear window to be replaced. About the same time my wife and I went on a 2 week vacation....when we got back and I tried to pick up our extremely expensive SUV, the car was bricked. All of the over the top tech in the SUV was bricked. No auto seat locator, no mirror setup, no radio stations presets, no HVAC functions, power locks not working, four door locking setup lost, and on and on. These may sound trivial, but I paid a shitload of money for this SUV and I expect the shit on it to work. It took almost 7 hours on the phone to talk to a person from Audi. Is that reasonable? Dealership was useless..."I don't know", "I am not trained on that", etc. Car is still not working properly and I lost more than 7 hours I will never get back. 2023 A5 brought in for dead battery at 18k under warranty but the service adviser tried to charge me $700 for a replacement stating I let the vehicle sit to long. I had to complain to the service manager to shut that down. Part 2: I was turned down for a simple three (3) day reimbursement for a rental car that caused me much inconvenience to acquire on short notice. Again the tech. adviser reacted with a negative tone. Part 3: The service adviser recorded on their paperwork that i turned down recommended 20k mi service schedule work- but my vehicle only has 18k miles on it- again met with negative attitude. Bunch of crooks! Should be zero stars. My Audi A3TFSie was taken her by Audi assistance after breaking down with a total electrical failure. When I eventually go it back now fully charged it had no charge cable with it which had been under the floor of the boot. "Not us" say the dealer "we never used it" and flatly refuse to replace it. Joe not only was very professional, but he wasn't a typical high pressure salesman. i knew what i was looking for, and he took the time to help me. we negotiated a very fair deal that made sense to both the dealership and i. a true consultative salesman. then came the f&i manager. he worked diligently to get me a rate i wanted (as close as possible) and beat almost all others (mind you, my debt to income ratio was good, and i have an 832 credit score.) then a decent deal on the extended warranty. i not only highly recommend this dealership and joe in particular, but i will buy any of my car needs from them read more

Took my vehicle in to have them look at a back seat that wouldn't go down. They told me they could fix it but that I would take a minimum of an hour. They said they could give me a car if I needed one. I made an appointment for the repair A month in advance. I just left that appointment. Not only did they not repair my car, they had not even ordered the parts. I will not be forwarding my information to the manager. I had an appointment for the day I posted my review. I bought my first brand new Audi here at Audi of Bedford and I would NEVER, EVER again. Josh K convinced me to order my own, so i ordered a 2022 S5 Sportback expected in 2 months. Time was running out on my current A5 and Bedford offered me $7,000 less for trade than others were so I sold it right before my new cars expected date. Josh messaged me a week before my date saying that the date was pushed not once but twice before revealing that the 2022 production was closed and I would have to now order a 2023; making my new date 6 months further. I agreed even though I was losing a lot of the options I really wanted however I already invested in the process and deposit, asking if something else similar arrived sooner that I would accept it. As I no longer had a vehicle, I asked Josh if there was a service Audi offered for rentals until my car came in. He responded that it's not something they offer and to just wait for my order. 9 months after the original order was placed my car arrived. I had prior financing with Audi financial so I applied and was approved. My acceptance was sent to the dealership to help the process. Upon arriving to the dealership Josh informed me that my financing was denied and I needed a $25k down payment. Becky in finance informed me that Audi made a mistake when they sent me the acceptance letter and I am not approved. I offered a co signer with outstanding credit, no car loans, debt to income ratio below 3% and over $250K in income however Becky said my co signer would not make a difference in my financing and with my co signer we were being denied by every lender. My original documentation with Audi financial showed a 5.99% however Becky said Ally is the only one who would accept me for a 12.8% rate. Becky told me, 'if I didn't like her rate, I could leave and go get my own financing'. Jake informed me that there were interested buyers calling on my car offering more over MSRP, assumingely making my deal more difficult. I was never offered additional warranties, tire protection, Audi Care, all of which my last Audi had and I really wanted. Becky skipped those and said I was maxed out on my loan even with my 10k down payment. I took my car into service, Alison treated me with just as much disrespect as the rest of the dealership had previously. Their communication skills lacked to no existence, I waited 3.5 hours with no update on my vehicle, along with the other very unhappy customers. Due to not being offered an alignment after that service, my car needed new tires at 7k miles. We have had all our service done here for our A4 even after the warranty expired. The staff are helpful, they make an accurate diagnosis when there are issues, and their prices are reasonable. They make suggestions if there are important service items I am due for but have not oversold me on any services I didn't need. When I requested the oil change instead of the entire service for a particular mileage, they didn't push me toward a more expensive option. When we had an issue with the car not starting they made helpful suggestions over the phone and then coordinated after I called AAA to get the vehicle into the service bay and fixed. It was fixed correctly the first time and they stayed within the quotes price and honored all service coupons. Likely the most reliable and honest dealership I have worked with. read more

They charge $1,000 for a front end alignment and check it out told me they can't clear the codes without a bunch of parts that didn't need replacement. Had my vehicle towed to Audi of Bedford March 5 that Monday I received a text of a bill for an oils change and service after a few attempts I reached someone who said he would look at the car and let me know why it would not start (the low oil light kept coming on) we put oil in and now it won't start.... I received a text message later which listed 1600 to replace a starter in the car..... I called them and could not get a response just another text saying the work took 4 hours and if I agree to work it would be done by Friday .....I called customer service and left a message no call back.... Called the operator and she said she would have Benjamin Boggs call back, he called and said sign the paper for the starter I did (Monday) I called Friday morning as I have been paying for a rental car since Monday and no answer I left a message and no call back.... I went up to the dealership and was told the part was ordered from Germany and he will let me know when it gets to the United States!!!! No one EVER told me this!!! I asked for a loaner car and they said I'm on a waiting list for one and it will be available in April!! I explained I cannot afford to wait until then as the rental car is 700 a week. I then went back up on Saturday as I found another shop that could complete the same day and was told he would NOT release my car and was I going to pay for the part in Germany??? I said NO he said well I can't release anything until he could talk to someone on Monday!!! This is my second Audi Q5 so I've been with this company for about 7- 8 years!!!! Don't let them fool you.... The sales team is cool and very helpful and service used to be especially when you first buy your car .... They wash and clean it and offer oil changes with someone picking your car up and dropping you off a loaner.... Once you get close to your warranty up it is a nightmare!!!! I talked to service representative, and he asked if I wanted to drop the vehicle off on Monday, and they vehicle would have to be evaluated for malfunction issue. Was told that it would be a few days before someone to look at it, and not certain of timeframe on the actual service, depending on parts needed. asked again if I wanted to schedule the service.I informed him that you don't have a schedule, and in order to have someone look at it, at has to be left at the dealership, and then it gets put in to computer for Eval. Scheduled service appointment as a waiter. Gave details of what needed to be done. Showed up for appointment and was told I needed to leave the car for a couple days. I was not able to do this at that time. I asked why they would schedule an appointment as a waiter that shouldn't have, and they came up with a lame excuse that sometimes scheduling doesn't know how long it will take. Ridiculous. Wasted half my day. Biggest mistake was rescheduling. Dropped off car, had one of THEIR coupons for $200 off service, presented at time of write up like it said on the coupon. When I picked up the car they said my coupon didn't cover service. I asked to see the coupon so they could prove that it didn't cover and was told they threw the coupon away because it wasn't valid for what I was having done. Why would they keep a coupon for two days that's not valid. The service writer is completely unprofessional. Never deal with him. His name is Anthony Ravida. And while there, they gave me a free brake inspection, which I didn't ask for so I'm sure that was included in their 3 hr diagnostic charge to change a fuse, they advised my brake pads were worn below the limit and needed to be changed immediately. Except I just had brand new brakes and rotors put on the car. Dealership is worthless, way overcharge. Will definitely not return. read more

This Audi dealership is the worst. My co worker and I took the 2 hour trip to Cleveland to take a look at a pre owned Infiniti Suv that he was ready to purchase. He had called ahead to let them know we were coming and when we got there we had to wait 10 minutes for the truck to be brought out so he could test drive it. When it was brought out we were completely shocked how dirty the outside and interior was! When he looked at it on their website it was freshly detailed and looked really good. Come on. When someone calls and says they are coming to buy a vehicle the least you can do is wash it! The salesman draws us a confussing map to get on 480 and do a loop of a couple of exits and come back to the dealership. So we go on our test drive and don't get two miles before the gas light comes on so I hit the the miles per gallon button to see how far we can go and it says the SUV only gets 9.5 miles per gallon and that we would run out of gas in 11 miles! Who does that? How can you send someone out to test drive a vehicle that's about to run out of gas?! So we just rode around the area and didn't get on the highway as they were doing construction on 480 and we didn't want to run out of gas in traffic. As we were riding I go to adjust my seat and it moved forward but would not go back. Not to mention the driver's side vanity mirror was taped up so it wouldn't come down as it was broken. There were also eight huge rust bubbles all over the truck! And you going to try to sell this in this condition? WOW! Needless to say he didn't buy it. At least I got to get some Church's Chicken and to do a little shopping at Next before we went back home. One thing I like about Ohio car dealerships is that they give you the keys and let you go on the test drive on your own. They don't do that in Pittsburgh. read more

I miss Fred Baker. We've had nothing but negative experiences at the service department since Penske took over. We had our A3 in for a check engine light caused by a misfire. Since we'd had a similar issue with our GTI that was caused by carbon build up, we asked that they check that first. Instead they replaced the coils, $388. Ok, well they are the professionals right? Engine light came back on 1100 miles later, same code. They cleared the code. Came back on again 200 miles later. New spark plugs, $214. When it threw the the same code again, 600 miles later, they finally checked valves and removed the carbon buildup, $829. Why did they not just do this the first time we had the car in when we specifically asked them to check this? read more

I would NEVER buy a car from these swindlers-- I'm looking for a used A4 sedan, and according to their website, they have 50 used A4's listed for sale. I found the exact car that I wanted, so I called them to make sure they still had it in stock. They said "yes" and to come on in to look at it. After driving over an hour to get there, they told me they had just sold that car earlier that morning, but of course had lots of other things they thought I would be interested in. Their used lot had probably TEN used A4's on it. I was so pissed. They lie about what they have in stock just to get you in the door! Not to mention the fact that our sales guy was a complete D-bag! He left us standing there while he ran up to other customers coming in to see if he could help him. We were trying to be polite and wait for him to come back to say "no thanks," but finally got fed up at his complete lack of customer service skills and just walked out. I'm writing this review for my mother and Where do I begin? My mother spent weeks researching and looking for SUV's and finally, she found a mercury mariner that she really like at this dealer. First strike: she called the dealership and they ran her credit. Now, she doesn't have great credit but she knows that. She did her research she knew about how much her monthly payments would be and she knew that her payment might be different from her calculations but not by much. They told her that her monthly payments would be almost $100 more than what she calculated. I did my own calculations and tried tweaking the numbers to get even close to what the dealer told her and I have no idea how they got that number. My guess is that they were trying to slide extra add ones past her. Strike two: this really goes along with strike one but they came back to her twice and the monthly payments magically came down almost $100. What was that extra $100 for? I'd really like to know! I don't have proof of this but how can I come to any other conclusion besides they were trying to take advantage of a woman they thought would be an easy mark? Strike three: personality, I would've been done with them at strike one but she really liked the SUV and it EVENTUALLY met all of her criteria. So, she get preapproved, and we are on our way to go and buy her SUV. On the way, she gets a call and is told that there is another party coming to buy the SUV. but come up anyway because they might not get approved for the loan. I wouldn't call this a bait and switch but I would definitely call this bait and switch adjacent. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with these people. Please save yourself the hassle and indignity. Stay as far away as you can!! read more

I am seeing some negative reviews, so am compelled to write my own review and happily awarding 5 stars. I moved into Cleveland area in January and zeroed in on idea of buying a "certified used" Audi. My sales person (Mike Heigan (sp)?) was wonderful...couldn't do enough for me, answered all my questions honestly and openly and even came out in the snow and cold to pick me up in person once I actually did buy the car. The buying experience was super, with Mike and the sales manager Jeff taking good care of me and giving me straight answers to all my questions. I've had the car now about 4 months (2017 A4) and LOVE IT. I've bought many cars over the years and routinely tell people that it is the best car I've ever owned. Coincidentally, today was my first service at 10,000 miles. Anthony was my service representative and he was polite and helpful. The service was done while I waited and took about 1:20...but this wait was made easy by the great waiting area serving wonderful coffee and having nice snacks. I am FURIOUS!!!! I placed an order for an 2018 Q7 on November 5e 10th with the promise that it would be in in 1 to 2 weeks. We checked with Terrel Friday and no response. This afternoon 5hey announced the car was sold to someone else. It was a hard to find Carrera White with few available and it was coming from Louisville. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Over my dead body. This is a terrible dealership. I am very disappointed in the service that I have gotten during the whole sales process of my new 2017 q7. My husband and I went in to test drive and had excellent service from Becky and Zach initially and unfortunately it's been all downhill from there. They did not have many q7 in inventory and had to get one from out of state. I was fine with this and set up an appointment the following week to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. I received several emails and calls to confirm that I would be there at 6 pm on Monday evening for my appointment, which I confirmed. When I arrived a few minutes before 6 Becky greeted me and took me to see my new vehicle. Becky was new to the dealership and although I tried to be patient she didn't know many of the features on the car when I asked her. I had to leave fairly quickly so I just ignored it and figured I could read the manual on my own and figure out the technical things myself. It was well past 6:30 and she let me know that they were running a little behind. I said ok and she said it should just be a few minutes. Around 7:15 I told them that I wouldn't be able to stay much longer due to my infant being at home and I had come directly from work. She and zach reassured me that it wouldn't be much longer. I reminded them that my appointment was over an hour ago and they said that they had just gotten a last minute rush. I waited and at 7:45 I told them I had to leave and the manager George also came over to apologize. Then as I was about to leave someone was magically available to sign the paperwork and could do it within 15 minutes. I completed the paperwork and probably didn't leave until closer to 8:30 but I was glad it was done. I was interested in purchasing the cargo mat for the back and George assured me that they would order it for me for the inconvenience. A few weeks later Becky had called to check on how the car was going and I informed her that I still had no received the mat. She looked into it and scheduled to have it dropped off at my house on a Thursday. It still wasn't there the following Monday and when I checked in with her it was a miscommunication. Meanwhile they were all calling me from the dealership to pressure me into giving them 10s on their survey. The mat was delivered to my house with a bottle of wine when I got home from work. I thought this was a sweet gesture until I put the mat in my car and not only was it cheap flimsy plastic, but it didn't fit. I informed the team and they assured that it was a switch up in parts. (I mean they have the car on their lot they could have checked themselves). I also reviewed the Audi website and noticed the rubber logo mat that I was originally promised. So then yesterday they delivered a new mat. Still flimsy, still doesn't fit but covers more of the area than the old mat. Would not recommend this dealership. For a luxury vehicle you get subpar service. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from here again and go back to BMW. read more

I don't see how a dealership selling this quality of vehicle can treat a customer with such disregard. Had problems from beginning with deal and then they offer to make it up by giving me a liner for the rear of my '18 Q5 and a t-shirt of my choosing...it's been 2 months and nothing. I never got a phone call asking me how I liked my Audi...nothing. I'm an RN who works hard for my patients and my pay...I'm a blue-collar worker who was looking to buy a quality, dependable vehicle. These people have treated me like I was car shopping at a Walmart. They were given several chances to make things right with me and have dropped the ball every time...hence I'm writing this review. There are certainly other Audi dealers who will treat you with courtesy and HONESTY. I will most certainly never buy from this "dealer" again. Shame. read more

I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Audi A5 from Audi of Bedford and was absolutely amazed at the continuous high level of customer service I received from Kareem, their Audi Brand Specialist. I found my dream car on autotrader.com with the perfect price, color and specs with the only possible problem being it was 635 miles away from my home. I have not bought a car in over 6 years and the last thing I expected was to buy a car across the country. From this amazing experience I would very highly recommend Kareem and Audi of Bedford if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Audi. When I first called Audi of Bedford I did not think I would end up buying a car, I was simply interested in learning more and having another data point of information. Who buys a car without a test drive or seeing it in person? When I called, Kareem answered the phone. From our first conversation I realized with his help maybe I could buy a car across the country. Kareem was extremely communicative, accessible and helpful with guiding me through every step of the car buying process. He sent me all the information I needed, sometimes in multiple different forms phone, text, e-mail, video etc. to help me feel completely comfortable. To my surprise even after I had bought the car Kareem continued helping to guide me on details around the title and registration when bringing a new car across state lines. Buying a car went smoother than I could have ever expected even with it being across the country. When I flew out to Cleveland to pick up my new car I was greeted at the airport by Kareem, someone I felt like I had known for years through all the time and attention he gave me. When we got to the dealership he spent 2 hours (which I needed) walking me through all the car set-up and details and made sure I understood everything the car had to offer. I drove the car back home and am reminded every morning I go to drive just how extremely happy with my purchase and the experience I am. I very highly recommend Audi of Bedford and Kareem for anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Audi. I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my new car and am only saddened by the thought that I cannot go there for any maintenance needs. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. This is by far one of the worst establishments I have stepped foot in. I walked in this dealership in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. I'm not sure if my appearance threw sales off by prejudging me and not making my business a priority but that is exactly that happened. I have encountered several dealerships in the past and know that a sales rep will usually ask you what you are looking for, what brings you in etc. Instead I was treated with bland conversation and no desire to help me out as if I did not belong in dealership. I was looked at, as if I was lost. Now as a very well off individual I have encountered this treatment in other establishments but I didn't think a car dealership would be one. As a business professional I will never purchase anything from this dealership and I will make sure I tell my fellow friends and family the treatment they may receive also if they come to you all. I was extremely disappointed in my new car experience at Audi Bedford. I was in the market for a new Audi and have been to a number of dealers recently. Audi Bedford was my first choice based on convenience and advertising and I went there with the goal of buying a new Audi. My salesman was friendly and accommodating BUT when it came time for a deal, I was low balled on my trade-in and offered full sticker price on the new car. There was no interest in negotiating; I just wanted a fair deal and to feel like a valued customer. Terrible dealership experience. Purchased a 2015 model, get ready for $300 oil changes and limited warranty coverage. The service center is unresponsive and hard to schedule. I will not choose Audi in the future. read more

Easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Originally went to Audi of Mentor to look at A4's and the salesman was more interested in speaking to my husband, even though I was the one making the purchase. I left feeling defeated but decided to try again at Audi of Bedford. I'm glad I did! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make the process go smoothly. They got me a great deal, about $200 less than Audi of Bedford had offered and spoke with me, instead of focusing on my husband. I will absolutely refer people to Bedford and will return again when it's time to get a new car. read more
