Instead of the usual tour, he decides to rent a car for a roadtrip. But we're nervous since this is the first time we're doing this in another country. After a ling line and walk, we reserve a car at the Canada Place national on a friday, only to be told on Monday that they couldn't find our reservation. Stress. Our aunt recommended we try the Enterprise in Burnaby. We did. And were welcomed by a Hussain Kapadia with a smile that said "you've come to the right place." He listened to us, took down our details, recommended several cars, their gas mileage costs, insurance... We were blown away. We didn't expect the process was this simple, easy, and seamless. My dad and I decided to go with Hussein's reco of a basically new (less than 8000 km) white dodge charger RT. After ten minutes he waved us off for ten days of beautiful blue skies and starlit nights on a sea of asphalt (ok occasionally, gravel. That charger was sweet). The return was similarly seamless. We were in and out, with an accurate, itemized billing and deposit return. We only felt bad that Hussein wouldn't accept our tip :( So instead I decided to write this review.on Yelp, my first ever - to thank the Enterprise team and in particular Hussein Kapadia - for an unforgettable father-son roadtrip experience. I came in, all agents were busy, the manager came out from his desk, checked everything and I was off. I used it to drive a group of girls for a Bachelorette party to and from Whistler. I had scheduled the pickup for Friday at 8am and the drop off for Monday at 8am. I showed up 30 mins early for pickup and was greeted by the staff, who informed me that my vehicle would be ready soon. Then I watched as they vacuumed and sanitized the entire inside of the vehicle. And they washed the outside as well. I did online check-in 2 days in advance so the entire process was very quick and efficient. They explained all the rental details to me and had me do a walk around of the vehicle to check for any damages. I had a few questions about some of the controls inside the vehicle, so they helped answer those questions for me as well. All the staff I spoke to were super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was super clean and in good condition. It drove nicely. I had zero issues on the road. I showed up a few minutes early to return the vehicle and they were already ready for me. The return was even faster than the check-in. Renting a vehicle is not cheap. But the fact that I received such great service from these folks means that the next time I need to rent a car, I will definitely be coming back to them for sure. My car is a 2022 Acura RDX which is classified as a luxury compact, and they promised me a comparable compact about a day or 2 before I picked up the vehicle. When I arrived they said the compact was gone and gave me a Mazda Cx-3, which is a sub-compact and very small. I called to complain later in the week and was asked to call again on Monday. They promised me a Kia Seltos for me to pick up. The Seltos was also rented out when I arrived 2 hrs later and I ended up with a sh*tty Mitsubishi Eclipse. 3 issues I) not happy they promised me a vehicle and then discovering it's gone when I arrive 2) My vehicle is a luxury SUV, and the 4 vehicles that I was offered and / or drove were not in this vehicle class 3) trying to pass off the 1st car (Mazda CX 3) as a substitute for my vehicle This company is as sleazy as they come as they treat ICBC customers as a low priority. The worst thing is they will charge ICBC for compact but give me a sub-compact as a loaner just so they can save money. End result is they rip-off ICBC and me the customer! Stay away if you can or be on the look out for this company trying to save money at your expense!!

This location is on Gilley/Beresford between Kingsway and Rumble. Beresford splits into two separate roads which makes the address sometimes confusing.
