Another Enterprise that upholds their friendly fast and efficient service. Booked online the night before and called them in the morning for a pick up. Car was to be ready by 12pm, but they picked me up at 12:20pm. Good thing I wasn't in a rush. I got a Chevy Sonic which is small but all I needed Returning the car, was good and quick also. I came in, all agents were busy, the manager came out from his desk, checked everything and I was off. In terms of rates, I think they're one of the cheapest - google promo codes and you'll find ones that give you an excellent discount.

I used it to drive a group of girls for a Bachelorette party to and from Whistler. I had scheduled the pickup for Friday at 8am and the drop off for Monday at 8am. I showed up 30 mins early for pickup and was greeted by the staff, who informed me that my vehicle would be ready soon. Then I watched as they vacuumed and sanitized the entire inside of the vehicle. And they washed the outside as well. I did online check-in 2 days in advance so the entire process was very quick and efficient. They explained all the rental details to me and had me do a walk around of the vehicle to check for any damages. I had a few questions about some of the controls inside the vehicle, so they helped answer those questions for me as well. All the staff I spoke to were super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was super clean and in good condition. It drove nicely. I had zero issues on the road. I showed up a few minutes early to return the vehicle and they were already ready for me. The return was even faster than the check-in. Renting a vehicle is not cheap. But the fact that I received such great service from these folks means that the next time I need to rent a car, I will definitely be coming back to them for sure. Thank you Enterprise Bridgeport for your outstanding customer service!

When I arrived they said the compact was gone and gave me a Mazda Cx-3, which is a sub-compact and very small. I called to complain later in the week and was asked to call again on Monday. They promised me a Kia Seltos for me to pick up. If you read the reviews for other Jim Pattison locations, the salespeople are similar (or at least…read morethe one I talked to was, anyway). This was an extremely shady experience, even relative to the low expectations I have when talking to used car salespeople. We started off on a shady foot when I asked for the carfax report they claim to provide on all cars and they texted me the photo of a printout of an incomplete carfax report that was over a year old (the status of the report was "pending", if the report is complete the status will read "complete"). They salesman explained that the report was up to date because they'd had the car on the lot for a year and it hadn't been driven. That didn't explain why they wouldn't give me a complete report and, when I asked for an up to date and complete report, they told me they'd give me one when I bought the car and took delivery of it, which would defeat the purpose of looking at the carfax report before buying. It's also curious that they told me that the car had sat on the lot for a year without being driven because the car had 6000 km put on it since they bought the car and had it inspected at the dealership. If they'd told me that they were using it as a dealership loaner or one of the salesman was driving it, I wouldn't have objected to that, but saying that the car wasn't driven when you put 6000 km on it is a bald faced lie. 30 seconds into talking to a salesman, we have one obvious lie and multiple shady things (incomplete carfax report, unwillingness to run another one until after you buy the car). I won't bore you with what transpired during the rest of the discussion, but it was more of the same. Detectable lies mixed in with statements that would seem suspicious even when not surrounded by lies.
