While in downtown Auburn on the morning of Thursday July 31st around 7:45 AM an incident with one of the companies drivers occurred. Heading into downtown Auburn. I moved pass one of the spencer trucks and into the turn lane. Without looking in his mirror, blind spot, or using a turn signal the Spencee truck merged into me. I slammed on my brakes and laid on my horn, then jerked my vehicle into the oncoming lane to avoid collision. The driver of said truck then proceeded to come to a dead stop in the road and rage out at me for his mistake. He rolled his window down and cussed at me and then told me to "pull over' so he could "beat my ass" (this is Alabama, dude gonna get himself shot). I moved around him and out of the turn lane again and speed off in a diffrent direction. What kind of people yall hire over there? Again its a good idea if yall are gon a hire jack boot thugs maybe take the name of your trucks.

They finished early because three people came instead of two (which was explain because I concern they was done within 90 minutes) , yet they still missed multiple areas...especially the laundry room and the dining table. I had to clean behind them less than an hour after they left. It looked like when they swept, some trash ended up under the couch, but I don't think it was intentional ..just careless. They gave me a 10-12 arrival window and said the timing depended on "traffic or parking." However, when I called, they were still cleaning another home. That's not traffic that's overbooking and not respecting clients' time. They arrived at 11, but the way they worded it was misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, their website says they accept PayPal, but they called asking for my credit card information over the phone. The representative claimed the PayPal option was "an error." Between the unclear payment process, the poor communication, and the low-quality cleaning, I truly don't understand how they have so many five‑star reviews. The young cleaners were nice, but the company itself feels like a hot mess express.
