I found Reliable online and they had a call out fee of $89, which I know is basically my personal penalty for not knowing anything about plumbing. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. Thank you to Joe for making my problems go away quickly. Now I can address them since I was able to learn why my drain was bad, and not keep tossing drain cleaner down and wasting money. I'm noting Reliable for any needs moving forward!

The company is not a licensed contractor, does not cary proper insurance, and has a history of bilking elderly folks out of money for poorly done (if done at all) work. A ten foot pole isn't long enough.

All the so called work he did is insufficient. Electric panels are shells, wiring incomplete. Horrible person and I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy.
