I'm going on 3 months( you read this right, 3 MONTHS) no cold air in our house. He did bring a portable unit but it's only good for 1 room. Completely unacceptable as a business. I'm not pulling this down because it's ridiculous for a customer to have to go through what we've been through in 2 years with a brand new unit. We've had to go a step further with this issue. I'm to the point I can't get upset anymore.

Michael, one of the owners, arrived and began a systematic examination of our system, which is 15 years old. In short, we had overly restrictive filters that were clogged and were low on refrigerant. Michael explained that we would need to monitor the system for the next couple days to make sure these repairs had corrected things. He provided his personal cell number in case I had questions or problems. In short, AAC gave prompt, polite, professional service for a reasonable price. I highly recommend AAC to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

This company installed a heat pump in June. They did not complete the job. I was told that they…read morewould return to finish securing the vent in the bedroom. The minimal amount of air was comint thru the vent. They never came back to complete the job. This month we had a cold morning so I turned the heat on. Cold air would be blown regardless of the temperature I set. I contacted another company to hopefully fix the issue. They came today and fixed the issue. The previous company set it so only cold air would be blown. They should have installed a new thermostat but instead they cut the wires attaching the new pump to the old (at least 15 years old)thermostat. They hooked it up so that it only blew cold air regardless of the temperature. There is also an issue with the sensor and a new one has to be ordered. The company that came to check the pump was fabulous. I actually have heat and cooling which makes me happy since I have a sick child. I really want to include the company's name that was kind enough to fit me in their busy schedule and address the issues but I need to get their approval first.
