About a month ago I went in to purchase a light for the inside of my fridge.GE wants 2K to fix the electrical wiring. No thanks.I wanted a battery operated stick on light. I'm pretty savvy at knowing what I need.I just always don't know where in the store it is. 2 young guys were standing still talking to one another.I explained what I needed.They looked at each other,one put the other on the spot.He started laughing & said "I have no clue". I kind of thought he was joking but think I knew better.I said"You really do have no clue,do you?" He said no. I found what I wanted & as I was checking out,I told him where I found what I wanted in case any one else asks him in the future. That was a first. Why put people on the floor if a regular customer has more knowledge than them?? I was surprised. My first not great experience.
