She pretty much runs the place by herself - cooking, serving, and visiting with guests, so don't expect American-style in-and-out. However, if you want an authentic French dining experience in the Northern Dordogne, you should check it out. Genevieve speaks enough English to share the details of the meal, from the origin of the wine to how she prepares the delicious foie gras.
