My kid is a sneaker fanatic and we couldn't tear her away from this store. We loved how all the differently designed sneaks were suspended from the ceiling. Like, hundreds! Yes, shoes and sneakers are a definite draw here, but there seems to be so much more hidden around every corner. And the store is deep, and there's a downstairs which has a gazillion different backpacks here. I'm not exaggerating. A gazillion. What a fun store! Very unique and funky. They carry ties, bowties, belts, watches, wallets, rings, bracelets, cufflinks, lapel pins, necklaces, underwear, and other accessories. Much of the store includes finely curated, quality brands that are often hard to find. But their crowning gem are their custom ties and bowties. They have flare, can be bold in modern, and yet are crafted from fine silks and cottons from all over the world. They'll even make something with fabric of your choosing--tailors for men's accessories! Genius. The staff was one of the tailors and super helpful and engaging. She goes on trade shows and tends to sell out everything when she goes. There are very few repeats and eat time is unique. I just bought a pair of white leather shoes from Tozzi, made in France. The gentleman that helped…read moreme was very attentive to me and the kind of shoes I was looking to buy. The shoes that DID manage to capture my attention, white Zespas, had a differing price point from another retailer that I knew to carry them. The price at Tozzi was somewhat higher (by 100$). I voiced this matter to the employee, and he said that if that was truly the case with the other retailer, that he would match that price easily. And true to his word, he did lower the price to match the other. I appreciated the act and was impressed by the customer service that he delivered. They truly do aim to please their clients. The ONLY concern that I had with my experience was the excess attention given to me. As a client, I like to breathe and think of my options, so I would have appreciated just a little more space from the employee. I don't particularly enjoy feeling obliged to buy, even though I truly wanted the shoes. Nevertheless, aside from this minute detail, great experience at Tozzi!

I had called about 5 minutes from closing and the employee who answered the phone took the extra time to check something for me even though I had said it wasnt necessary. Then, the next day, in stores, the guy dealing with snowboard gear and repairs took at least a good 20 minutes of his time to help me fix an issue and when I asked where I had to go to pay for the replacement parts, the guy tells me there's no charge (mind you it was the first time I ever went to the store; I'm not a returning customer). I was orignally told on the phone the replacement parts would cost 20$ which I would have gladly paid otherwise. I specifically made a yelp account, so that I could leave this review. My experience at their shop was absolutely positive. 10/10 would go again.
