We were invited to dinner by a couple of locals. What a fabulous place. You have to have reservations (24 hours in advance) because they prepare the meals from their own crops or local sourcing and only for the number of folks who will show up. There were 9 total customers this Friday night. Service is provided by very friendly Guillern. There's been a heatwave in this part of France for a couple of weeks but we got lucky with the weather. Food quality is 5 star and pricing for what you get is very reasonable. Draft beers and wine, and locally brewed craft beer in bottles. But I just can't give 5 stars to a place with an outhouse... even if it is the nicest outhouse I've ever been in. If you're in the neighborhood September 13, 2025 they're having a band from NOLA (New Orleans Louisiana) but unsure if it's zydeco, jazz or Dixieland. Sorry we've got to miss that. read more
