This shows what indie business can do when they dont have to sacrfice qaulity for size and quantity. If you ever in the area, drop by and pick up a couple pounds of his sausages...my family have flown 1000s of miles to do just that

The meat from here is fabulous its not the cheapest, but the quality is amazing. It is fully traceable and supplied from local farms. We ordered a full rib of beef from here for a dinner party and whilst we felt like the Flintstones leaving with such a large piece of cow in our bag it was £30 well spent easily fed 20 people and was a joy to cook and eat. Another time I asked them to prepare veal for schnitzels I was making and they took all the hard work out of it, by tenderising and hammering out the steaks for me. The hot snack they do are fantastic and as you can imagine at lunch time this part of the shop can become very busy. They also offer a range of cold drinks and salad based rolls.
