For some items that are available in a regular super market (rice cakes, chocolate bars, dairy-free milks, etc) you will pay a little more, but not much. One way to save it to watch for the Managers Specials. Lots of items were marked down because their expiration date was approaching or there was some cosmetic flaw in the packaging/product. Great deals! Be sure to check out the endcap with the nut butters. Good prices on pumpkin seed, tahini, cashew, peanut butter, and more. Maybe half the store is supplements & health and beauty items. They recently stopped offering plastic bags, and there is a charge for a paper bag. I love the idea. Bring your own bags, save some cash and give the planet a break.
