My husband was able to reach out by calling/texting and someone was quickly able to provide a quote of $450-500 for labor, haul off and disposal which was very fairly priced. The final price was $600 as we didn't drain the hot tub and that would be a bit extra which we were fine with them handling to deconstructing and hauling away all. They also were able to quickly get us on schedule and the day of, updated us on their ETA during the arrival window. The crew was very professional and friendly and we were thrilled with the work and treatment of our property and hauling away everything, like you'd never know something used to be there, aka a hot tub! The electrical portion was left and the guy stated we could have an electrician come to cap it but other than that, JunkGuys was so helpful and great at taking care of this so quickly for us :) We look forward to reaching out again and using them next time we have projects that require further clean out and removal of things!

I agreed to pay a different way, and we set up an appointment for Thursday. Fast forward to today -- I thought that they were running late so I left a voicemail message, texted him, and sent an email. However, I never received a response to all 3 messages! We had to hurry and hire another company to come on Friday because our new sofa is arriving Saturday! This is so unprofessional and we are very disappointed! I decided to check several hauling companies before settling on Pick Up Haulers. Chris was the…read moreonly company that actually had a verbal conversation with me so we would be on the same page . I had estimates from $200 to over 1K $$$ when I sent out a list of items I anticipated needed to be removed. One of the many things I liked about Pick Up Haulers is that they do their best to sort everything that they pick up and try to recycle it at the appropriate places instead of just taking it all to the landfill. They ended up spending more than a couple of hours lifting and carrying stuff out to their flatbed trailer /they also disassembled a trundle bed and were able to take it in the mattress to the truck . They determine their price based on the amount of space (? Cubic feet )We ended up using about 3/4 of their space on their large flatbed trailer and the fee was just a little over $300. I felt that was very fair for the services provided. Texas in May isn't usually quite as hot & humid as the Friday we moved. I enjoyed Chris and the young man that was his employee. They were very respectful and understood our situation. I would definitely use them again and plan to whenever we decide to move!! One thing I will say is that after this experience I definitely feel that less. (much less.!!) is more! LOL

I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill.
