You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. He took the phone number of my wife as I would be working and that the washer was still hooked up as I wanted to make sure that was not an issue and it said it was not.
