What a crappy company. I went to buy a 2024 kawasaki teryx 4 sle. Got there test drove it. Sticker price 12500 new. With charges like 15000 fine. Funny though they ran me through there fiance, octane. Came back with a payment of 540 a month for 6 years. That is almost 40000 dollars on a 12500 side by side. I asked them what my interest rate was. They said it was 23 percent. I said what did u run my credit score at. They said 780 to 790. I said i make 90000 a year 780 to 790 credit very low debt to income and u are charging me this no way. They said what will it take to sale it i said u do the right thing not rip me off. I called my bank 7 percent on 5 years and 240 payments. Funny thing a dad was in there cause they tried to pull the same stuff on a young kid. Lets just say neither of us were happy. First of all I don't like to be told that I'm going to be spending more than what the bike is worth yeah what the bike is worth to you not to me. Have a 2003 Suzuki DR that I bought brand new in high school right before graduating. I've ran into some issues and brought it up there to be looked at after hours I was told I should just trade it in and buy a new bike. I then loaded my bike back up it took it to another mechanic that had me on the road less than 3 hours with it n less than $500. BEWARE! SCAMMERS! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I had a horrible, nightmare experience. Never thought I would have to leave a negative review that was worth spending time on. Salesman Walker informed me I was approved for the 2024 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 listed on their website at $17,960 at a 5.5% finance interest rate. He also told me it was ok to bring in my 2023 Kawasaki KX450SR (4hrs on the machine, like new condition all around) with a $9,600 lien balance, but would be flat, right at value, but would take it in and do a full pay-off. I agreed. I traveled 4hrs+ and upon arrival Walker quickly glanced at the SXS, told me this was it, do you have any questions. Then without discussing the SXS info first, he asked to unload the bike, ODD, but never imagined the following would occur... READ ON... Walker and Logan had me sit and inform me that interest was at 19.9%. I questioned it and they came back with a 9.5%. I wasn't happy as it was double of what I was told over the phone, but agreed to proceed. After a 5hr wait, they told me the paperwork was ready. Upon reviewing the bill of sale... selling price was jacked up to $23,200 and totaling to $27,960 with fees and trade in! I did not travel 4hrs+ to waste my time, my truck's gas, put miles on my truck, spend on a rented trailer which I had to extend the rental time due to delays, get lied to about my approval finance interest rate, wait 5hrs for paperwork preparation, paperwork itemized charges be inaccurately noted and attempt to scam me by $5,000 on my trade... they pay my lien balance of $4,600 and by the way... tried to keep my bike on attempt to re-sell and make more profit ALL without telling me until I caught this during the sell review. When I asked for clarification, Logan had a long pause of silence and back to back excuses trying to convince me this was a deal. Both WALKER and LOGAN still had the face to try to convince me to still buy their unit and keep my bike before I left as they were giving me back my bike to load back onto the trailer. WALKER AND LOGAN - IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE TRADE, YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST SAID THAT INSTEAD OF BEATING AROUND THE BUSH THINKING YOU COULD FOOL ME. YOUR SALES TACTIC FAILED. YOU KEEP THIS UP... YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALESPEOPLE - WALKER AND LOGAN!!! THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, FIRED AND THE DEALER CLOSED DOWN!!! So I tend not to leave negative reviews because I truly believe that everyone has off days or misses things. But I purchased an 18 Can Am Maverick x3 and I was assured things on it were good and after bringing something up to them that I thought was wrong I was assured "it is just the tires" and after my better judgement I decided to move forward with it. After telling me what all the used inventory went through when it came in I started looking at the vehicle and wanted to test it, vehicle didn't start. We started to get things moved to get to the battery. There was dirty clothing (t-shirt could be used as oil rag I'm sure) and a pair of black crocs that were behind and under seats from the previous owner. So to me that shows either 1) a lack of care to not remove things when they are "inspecting" because I found them while I was literally getting to the battery, or 2) the unit was never truly went over and inspected. I made the purchase due to wanting to take a trip and bring this with me for the family and made sure sales knew that and asked several times if there were any known issues to which I got a resounding no each time. I get the vehicle home and take it on a less than 2 mile loop to test it...I did not make it over half way before the transmission started grinding, would not engage to drive and after shifting to park grinding and killed the vehicle each time trying to shift to any gear. I take it back the next day and they have the vehicle for over 2 months and it's shipped to another shop "because we aren't a Can Am shop" which I understand and after it was all said and done came back with a $5,932.19 bill to fix that issue. I get it back and take it home and let it set overnight as I had to work and come back to start it and low and behold the vehicle won't start with a pps fault (they replaced the battery during the first repair as it was bad when I bought it eveidently). I get it back to the shop and they look at it over a few days and say they advise rewiring the roof as it seems to not be wired right and gave me a quote to fix that. Now I let the battery charge (brand new battery) for a week before I decided to bring it back to the shop so it was more than charged when I brought it in. The absolute only way to get the vehicle to start was to jump it with a box or pack. I told them it was the starter or solenoid and they denied and said it was just the wiring. I get fed up and order a part that should have been ordered and done under the warranty I purchased with it and install myself (a 20 minute job). Now it starts every time, battery doesn't drop and no other electrical issues (I called the manufacturer of the roof and had them look at it on a call and it's wired correctly). All of this seems to much to not be known before the thing was sold and just seems like they wanted to sell the vehicle to not have to front the cost to repair it themselves as they probably would have been upside down it costs. The service/parts manager that is new is absolutely awesome though and I can not thank him enough for listening to me and working things out and getting things covered. And to the sales person that I had absolutely nothing to do with, never spoke to or anything that came up to me to offer the warranty and really push for it (yes I know that they are supposed to as they get money for it but he pushed pushed) thank you as I truly believe he knew something was wrong but just couldn't say anything. read more

Brad, from Car Corral would've steered me away from the Can Am but he doesn't work there anymore!! I went to ATV & More, told them my predicament & Joe told me he would help me get out of it!! My boyfriend has researched Polaris four wheelers for the last 6 months and has had an older Polaris for 15 years. We commuted two hours to the store after talking with Logan within there sales department. Upon arrival we found the one we were interested in. Logan had mentioned that he had taken a four wheeler from the shop on his "boy weekend" and the scratches on the back were from his YETI being strapped onto the back.. We proceeded with the check out process and paperwork after coming to an agreement of $5,000 cash and the fees put onto a debit card. Mind you we had no been offered to test drive the four wheeler prior to purchase. Once getting home (2 hours from the store) realized Logan had charged us $200 extra. After SEVERAL calls to the store with responses such as "we will call you back" the "manager" Joe had stated they would install a wench onto the four wheeler instead of the money refund and would bring another four wheeler up from the Carbondale location to possibly trade. Once driving BACK to the store the fourwheeler was not there from Carbondale and the wench was really a $200 store credit then had to fork out $175 extra for the wench. I don't recommend anyone go through this company due to the lack of professionalism and or organization. read more

spent 34-35 k in a year at this place bought a used 2018 wildcat xx drove 7 hrs round trip to get it . I drove it around the parking lot but didn't put it in low range seemed fine. The next day I was going to take my 10yr old for a ride. Backed it out put it in low and it was making a popping noise out of the rear transaxle in 10 feet. I sent a message to my sales person right then. No response. I called the next business day and Logan the sales manager said he would take care of it bring it back down. I ask if I could trade it in on something else he said yes. I took off work drove 3.5 hrs there for them to tell me I broke it. They looked at it said yep it's broke the didn't act like they wanted to talk about it. I asked about trading for another rzr everything they prices me was ridiculously high. I then ask if I could just sell it back to them they offered 4500 less then what I paid the day before. I also ask Joe wagnor the manager if they service the used equipment. They said they did but they do not that is a lie. My air filter had a pound of dirt in it and my oil is dark. These guys are a bunch of lying crooks don't but anything from them ! Read the other reviews it a common story with them . I will have to repair it myself and face the disappointed kids. Shame on you logan and Joe you will lose more business then it would have cost to treat your customer right. I know there are always two sides but This is the truth and I would swear on a stack of bibles it is. 6 hrs vacation time 9 hrs of time and 100 in fuel waisted trying to get repairs or replaced of what I already paid for. Great service/communication from the start with Mark Walsh, financing went smooth as could be with Logan, & Kevin at the parts counter made finding all the accessories I wanted a breeze. I saved over a $1000 on the bike & accessories prices were as good if not better than online prices. Only problem I have with this dealership is it's too far way, but I'll will make the drive again for my next big purchase! THX ATVS AND MORE! My friend bought this 2019 YZ250F from them. The bike was listed as a demo with low hours but sold as new with a 30 day Yamaha factory warranty. Bill of sale says new bike. After the first ride the bike started running bad so he took it to a closer dealer to have it looked at. Yamaha approved a tear down to find the issue. Turns out it was a fully built race motor that they had stuck in a new frame. When he called ATV's and More, they said it had stickers all over it and he should have known it was race motor. Please look at the pictures below and see if you can tell if it was a race bike. Their ridiculous offer to resolve the problem was parts at cost and 50% off the labor to put it all back together. SO they sold him a "new" bike and then wanted to charge him to actually make it new. These guys are crooks. This is fraud. Do not buy bikes from here unless you plan on tearing it down to make sure the internal components are actually new. read more

They screwed me on a 4 wheeler. Bought a cheap used one for about $1,500. The owner could probably tell I wanted to get a 4 wheeler that day. Well, instead of setting me up honestly, he sold me something that was already broke and overcharged me. I tried selling it later, potential buyer showed me where the rear end was about to fall apart on it. I kept coming across problems right and left. That 4 wheeler had to be sold for $500. We just purchased a used Tryke from ATV's & More. We love it! Let me say our sales man, Mark Walsh was and did everything he said he would. I have no problem with him at all and if your going in there that is the only person I would deal with. However my experience with ATV's & More has been terrible. We have tried to look into buying before and everytime we have wanted to start or test drive something they never start. Same thing this time, we started the process without even driving it with the promise they would get it running. We went to lunch and came back, still no running bike. I have a hars time that they don't feel they need to respect the customers time at all. The entier service area goes on break at the same time. Mean while we have been there since 11:45 with the exception of a hour for lunch and still at 4:30 we have not been on the bike. We left there at all most 6. I was over the whole deal. I have never been to such a place that disrespect s the customers time as much as this place. After considering 3 different items over 2 yrs we purchased this bike. My husband had purchased there back 4 years ago. I just think this is no way to run a business. read more

Bought a 2007 Jeep Compass 4WD from here in August 2016, and did not haggle over the price since my son liked the vehicle so much. I was told the vehicle had recently been inspected by a reputable business in Salem. Not only was I given practically nothing for my trade, they also tacked on a $487 "predelivery inspection" fee, $150 documentation fee, etc. The vehicle has been a total piece of crap. I bought an 09 Kawasaki Teryx from these guys at a decent price and less than a week ago. It started smoking when I got it home and after I called Joe, the sales Mgr, and even talked to Tim, the tech, they both said it was normal and to keep running it. The utv had recent work done to the engine, which I paid for by giving an additional $300 over asking price. I took my smoking machine to another shop at the cost of an additional $175 and it turned out that the water pump was about to fall off and it was leaking fluid onto my exhaust. The new shop also pointed out various deficiencies found on my new purchase... Items held together with baling wire, missing nuts and bolts and missing push pins that hold body panels together almost a half dozen plugs in the tires. I texted Joe Wagner, the guy who sold me the utv and crickets.... No response. Good luck buying anything used from these guys and getting any kind of support. read more

My husband and I purchased a used UTV. We drove three hours to get it. Took it home, not even 2r hours later when riding it a plug came out (was not tightened on their end) and locked up to motor. We took it back to them so they could do it. They had our machine 3 weeks, Yamaha good willed basically a whole new motor and the company put it back together for us. Two people then promised us to deliver it since we have already made a y hour tripboth ways twice. Come the day they were going to "return" it to us, they decided that they would only drive an hour and we had to drive the other two...the next day we go on a small ride and white smoke starts to come out of the tail pipe, the light comes on from being too hot, when coming to a stop the motor shuts off and won't turn over from all the white smoke from to coolant. Someone didn't put this motor back together correctly and the dealership won't do a damn thing about it, unless we bring it 6 hour round trip back to them, to just mess up our machine even more. read more

I will warn anyone that purchases an extended warranty on any of their products through RPM one and you go to cancel early ATV's and More will tell you they don't owe you money when they do. They will try to keep the cancellation fee and all. Diane the cancellation individual with ATV's and More kept talking over me and would not call the rep that she needed to with RPM one. I have spoken to the GM and office manager.. asked for a call back and I have to continue to call and try to reach one of them. Not to mention having to listen to the operator that answers the phone she sounds absolutely ridiculous no professionalism what so ever!! read more

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! It's kind of long, but people need to know about this. Saw a deal online that we thought was a good deal on a Vulcan S. So I went with my little brother, 2.5 hours, to go look at it. We got there and found the bike. We found the salesman and he seemed like a nice guy, but lacked a lot of knowledge about the products that he was selling. It's kind of sad when the customer knows more about what they are buying than the salesman selling it. Lol. So my brother decided to buy it. I went walking around looking at bikes, while my brother went and did the financial business. There were two men with my brother, the financial coordinator and the sales manager. I had rejoined my brother at this point. Then they asked me a question in a weird tone of voice, would you buy a 4 year warranty for $450. I said no. They were like why man, you are crazy to pass up something like that. I told them it's because I am a mechanic and it's what I do. They just laughed and we're like why would you do that. I said because I like to work on stuff and help my brother out.They just kept nagging and nagging my brother about the extended warranty. They just kept putting my brother's decision down and sawing how he was making a big mistake. They made both of us feel like we were stupid and they were the only ones who knew what was right. So I just got aggrevated and told them it's my brother's bike and he can do what he wants to. They still wouldn't let the issue rest. I was like seriously!!! Still ended up buying the bike because we didn't want to drive 2.5 hours for nothing, but will never be going back. They make you feel like your less of a person for not going along with there ideas. Very very very pushy and unprofessional. Salesman was alright, surprisingly, but the financial coordinator and sales manager were pushy dirtbags that are just out for the money. Don't even care about the customer or how they make the customer feel. Plus they somehow managed to spell my brother's name wrong on his title and registration. Also got the bike home and found that the rear brake light didn't work. They supposedly set it up and checked everything out while we were there. Luckily only the wires were disconnected, but come on that's a major safety concern that the customer should not have to worry about with a brand new bike.
