In business for like 25 years, this is one of the best shops in the Chicagoland area for lifts, wheels, tires, lights, bumpers or virtually anything you want to do to your truck! They know exactly what "Fits" and what doesn't and have plenty of recommendations on the different vendors; and there's many of them. Work was done perfectly, on time and charged as price quoted! Almost all parts are quoted the same as you would see online and they work with some of the best suppliers including ICON Vehicle Dynamics. Pretty long delay to get some parts/ kits due to the pandemic but that's a Worldwide problem, they said. Place is super busy but they'll manage to get you in and get the JOB DONE!!! Called for pricing. There pricing is way out of line and the time they quote to do the job is double of what the manufacture calls for and any other shop. Also they charge you $21 more per hour if you bring your own parts $119 per hour If you supply your parts. They are a BDS distributor and you can find BDS way cheaper from other suppliers. I highly recommend Attitude Performance!! You can trust this shop for sure...highly skilled, professional and they do the job right!! Had them regear the axles to 4.88's, installed front and rear truss kit to strengthen the axles, and upgraded the stock brake booster and master cylinder for improved stopping. On the positive they did a very nice install for my husband , however this 5 car family will not be back. I caution you that if you are quoted a price they will not honor that. They won't even tell you if it is going to be higher. They waited until after the job was complete to say it was 170 more. That is poor service in my opinion and doesn't earn our loyalty or anyone that I can share that bad experience with. We don't treat our customers that way and don't appreciate it being done to us. read more

This place won't return your calls. Called to get a quote for a new bumper. They gave me a good price, when I asked if they could do additional work they never called back. Called them for a month giving them the benefit of the doubt that someone just misplaced my phone number. I got the work done at another shop who would return calls. read more

I brought my vehicle in to be weighed so they tell me $84.00 to just weight it and $650.00 for coil over shocks and that's for just the part and then they said they couldn't put it on because of liability, so I told them thats a lot of money and I'm not working now and I need the specs so I could find cheaper ones. Matt told me that you expect me to do all the leg work and your going to buy them somewhere else. What the difference because he cant put them on anyways. They just wanted to rip me off on the part only. I found Strange tecnologies much better to deal with and they have way better pricing and there ilocal here in Morton Grove 8300 N. Austin. Matts awesome. Took my 96 f150 with a 4" lift to him because there was a weird noise coming from the rear end. Brought it in on a Wednesday and had it back Thursday fixed and driving great. He even tighter up other stuff he saw that could be a problem. And only 1.5 of labor which i believe yo be accurate. These guys are honest and I'm sure that's why they have a successful business. called Matt to inquire about getting a lift kit done on my toyota Tundra ! he did a great job explaining all of my options as there are so many to sort threw ,and for somebody who's not that handy he explained things in terms your average guy could understand ! I plan on moving forward with my lift kit and plan on using attidude performance to do the work ! prices seemed reasonable also ! My experience with Attitude Performance has been mixed. I found them as one of the very few AEV dealers in the Chicago area. Last year I had them install an AEV front bumper, WARN winch, and AEV front skid plate on my jeep. During the install they forgot to install the front skid plate and I had to remind them to do that. Additionally, the bolts to attach the roller fairlead were installed in the wrong direction and when I brought my jeep wrangler back to the shop to have them fix them they just told me they were OK to be done that way. I then attempted to contact Attitude to switch me from metal winch cable to synthetic rope and a new fairlead hawse and after several phones calls with no calls back, I finally got a hold of them and they said they could not do the work for several weeks due to being busy. Ultimately I went with another installer in Chicago area instead and have been happy with the change. read more
