UPDATE 4/26/2023 I…read moream absolutely mind-blown by the ownership and accountability taken by Casey Automotive's owner, Mark. While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. I thank Mark for reminding me that Casey is a family-owned business and a member of our community and I will do my part and continue to pledge my future business to their garage. Thank you again for making me feel valued as a customer and doing the right thing. Your business is truly an example for all other businesses out there.

Bought a new used car and they replaced the ball joints and breaks and did a great job. These guys are fantastic!!! I have gone to them several times on a recommendation and they have done an excellent job each time. Not only have they beaten every other quote I've gotten from other shops (without telling them my previous quote) but they've done the work quickly and efficiently. They are very honest people and I would recommend them to anyone. Being a woman, I don't feel like they take advantage of me because of it. The first time I was here they did my breaks and rotors and recently my front bearings and tire rods. I'll never go anywhere else!!

My husband loves these guys. They're so thorough and really give advice and recommendations to help…read moreyou--not just to make the most money off of you. We recently had to send our manual car in because of some starting issues. They listened to some other problems my husband was noticing and let him know what else they could look at while they were down there. If it was something they could do easily, it would save them time from having to take the part out again and fix it later, then they would be able to offer a discount on the bundled repairs. If the issue was something that required them to be in a different part of the car, then they recommended we wait because it would cost more for the labor of looking/disassembling/reassembling. Totally reasonable! While they were fixing the car, they noticed something with the clutch that was making it wear faster. They provided a recommendation that would improve the engagement plus allow it to last longer. Anyway, the details are just to prove that they're great to work with. They communicate really well and make sure you're comfortable and educated with your options.
