She did a good job and I asked her name a couple of times (to request her in the future) and she nodded eagerly as if she had no clue what I said. Obviously, that makes things a little difficult when trying to convey information. It's a no-frills place, with lots of massage rooms, obviously I think that's the service they prefer. My massage therapist yesterday did an excellent job of addressing my pain, and still was able to do a full body massage. He moved pretty quickly and didn't do a lot of verbal communication, so some people might feel uncomfortable with that. His movements were quicker than I'm used to, I'm used to being able to coordinate my breath with the movements. But he got a full body massage done, and it's the next day and I am 80% pain-free.

Not trying to bash the business as i had a previous positive experience here but the 2nd time i…read morecame i was overheated as the rooms are very hot and its summer/90° temps outside and i cannot regulate my temperature well and no fan was available when i asked. I also have a lot of allergies/sensitivities and communication was poor all around. I was shocked when i was face down and the massage therapist brought a dog in which actually isnt something I would have an issue with if i wasnt allergic to animals. Still feels like it would be best to ask if thats going to be an issue beforehand. She also put something with essential oils right on my eyes without asking and i got a rash/burned for hours afterwards. I get that i need to communicate better about the things I'm allergic to but i didn't have these problems my first visit and wrongly assumed it'd be the same.
