Hello, To whom may read this with the intention to determine…read morewether this is an adequate place to look for counseling, I can tell you yes! I see one of the counselors, Lauren Sanders, with her pal Chai. Chai is an emotional therapy dog that always brings a smile to my face when I see her. Lauren is qualified and professional, you can view her credentials on their website. After attending two other counselors, I met Lauren. She treated me with care and positivity which were two things she saw I needed. Lauren is attentive and problem solving, I say this because she saw a problem and she provided me the tips/tools to conquer these issues. Not only did I learn the things she helped me with but she also taught me to meet the negativity with positivity. I learned this from observing wether she was a good fit unlike the previous two. You could say I was guarded at first like anyone would be but as she helps you, you can see that this is not just a job. She truly cares about her patients and you can not help but think about what makes a person who hardly knows you, be ready to go beyond the call of duty to make sure you succeed. Overall I think Lauren is an amazing counselor and we all could learn something from her. I know because I did and I am much better than before I saw her.

She handles the baby very well. The nurses are gentle and swift when doing the vaccines. The place is very good about same day appointments if you have any concerns though you may not get your regular doctor. I love that you can text them photos during office hours and within an hour you'll have a response. I used it once when my little guy had a rash on his belly that was getting bigger. Dr Quaife told me what I had to change and by the next day it was noticeably better, and this was all done by text

My boys have grown to not only trust them but excited when we have to go, no longer dreading appointment. Their doctor never rushes us, always takes the time to listen to every concern that I have as well as them making sure we all leave feeling happy with the plan moving forward. The front desk are so friendly & beyond accommodating with schedules and when issues happen. And the nurses, I can't say enough about how they put the kids minds at ease while they wait anxiously. I could go on but if you are needing an amazing pediatrician office from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave look no further.

If you enjoy constantly moving goalposts and zero consistency, this is the place for you…read more Communication is vague, contradictory, and leaves you wondering whether it's poor explanation or a complete lack of understanding. The absence of posted hours isn't surprising--apparently, availability exists only for a brief window after you call, regardless of when you try. Planning anything around that is nearly impossible. Even more questionable is the payment setup: cash or cash-style payments only (like Venmo to a personal account). Draw your own conclusions about the level of professionalism and transparency there. I've already raised these concerns with the DA and the Diversion Counselor. A "business" operating like this shouldn't be affiliated with Douglas County or receiving referrals.
