UPDATE: So they called me back finally and now gave the excuse that they could not refund the $20…read moreon my bank account due to there being a "fraud" report blocking it and they need my bank to notify them that it was removed. First, even if the bank did, they cannot refund it on the original card because that was cancelled. Second, the extra payment I made was on a credit card and so that is where the refund should go. That has no block. Their billing practice is sketch and so I did file a formal complaint and told them in no uncertain terms that my complaint stands, my low reviews stand, and they can keep the $20 if they feel all of this makes them feel good about their ethical practices in terms of billing and customer service. I have spent too much of my personal time, my work time, dealing with this. Fair would have been that both me and the company work to resolve the issue, but it has been essentially put on me. They took no accountability, offered no apology for my inconvenience, and gaslighting me. This is unfortunate because they have genuinely good counselors, therapists on staff but their leadership and overall ethics have much to be desired. This is my last update because I refuse to give them one more second of my valuable time for $20. Chalking this up to a $20 lesson of where not to do business. UPDATE: Downgraded my rating because I realized that they took my payment without recognizing that they had already took it so now THEY OWE ME $20. I keep calling the number on the automated response to these reviews that they say to call and I cannot get a live person. So now, they are 1 star and I can't get anyone to call me back. They are now claiming they credited it to my account but could not answer how this could be since I do not see a credit back to either my credit card or to my bank account. So the therapists are good as are the staff. The reason for my very low rating is because of the fact that they charged my card on file for a $20 copay owed from ONE YEAR AGO WITHOUT TELLING ME and so I thought it was fraudulent charge, cancelled my debit card, waited over a week to get my new one, had to notify all places that used my old debit card. If they had just called me, told me that I owed $20 from a year ago and ASKED IF IT IS OKAY to charge the card on file, I would have just said yes. No big deal but now they made it a big deal. I will NEVER go back ever. I don't care if they have the best staff on earth. NEVER because them not contacting me is NOT RIGHT. Shame on them!!!!

I've been a tech for 2 years and still going with a different company and they didn't even give me a phone call follow up. Honestly these people are scummy if you want better help with better technicians go somewhere else. Then when I followed up with them over the phone they transferred me to a random number that was just ringing so I tried calling back again and they started denying my calls. What genuine people they must Be! I recommend staying far away as possible.

The absence of posted hours isn't surprising--apparently, availability exists only for a brief window after you call, regardless of when you try. Planning anything around that is nearly impossible. Even more questionable is the payment setup: cash or cash-style payments only (like Venmo to a personal account). Draw your own conclusions about the level of professionalism and transparency there. I've already raised these concerns with the DA and the Diversion Counselor. A "business" operating like this shouldn't be affiliated with Douglas County or receiving referrals.

I want to say firstly; I love women- I support women- and I will do just about anything to promote…read morea hard working woman in a way that she is seen- we all deserve that; but especially when it comes to women owned businesses who's entire livelihood are dependent upon reputation and word of mouth as the type of business Tangi owns. I do feel that the previous reviews suggesting Tangi is putting people's lives in danger is very irresponsible and inaccurate. The intent of these posts seem to stem from a personal disliking, and not necessarily about the actual experience. I just want to say this because it isn't fair to see someone one time, and then decide that they aren't ok or qualified. As an adult, you go into situations by choice- if you omit or don't ask a question or concern in your appointment, it's pretty convenient to then use the internet to publicly denounce how it "should have been done." So, I encourage any negative reviewers to rethink their posts and perhaps intent. Make your observations and have your opinions; I just have a very strong dislike for the assumptions made in previous posts as they are serious, unfounded and have to do with a woman's ability to be accurately viewed. I always give the business another chance to redeem and love when they do. Do not base on one interaction or an experience that perhaps you didn't disclose info in. Tangi would not happily own and work this business tirelessly if her intent is to hurt people- that just needs to be known- she cares. If Tangi was ineffective or unqualified she would not be continuously growing in the office she is at; she wouldn't continue to grow more knowledgeable in her professionalism, connections and up to date info in her industry. The nurse practitioners that accompany her are hand selected to be able to treat her clients as she expects- there is no judgement or feeling of negativity whenever I'd go in there and had gained 20 when I said months prior that I was going to lose 20. Her eye is really impeccable and I just want to state that I encourage you to schedule an appointment and judge by your own experience. Thank you!

Tangi and her staff are very nice and friendly. However, they don't like when questions are asked-…read moreand for good reason. They don't actually know what they are doing. They are not doctors nor do they actually understand hormones and the effects they have on your body. I had labs done here just out of curiosity (no major symptoms) and Tangi called to tell me my body is producing no hormones at all and I need to go on therapy asap. I care about my body and quickly signed up for a year of therapy ($2500). She put me on progesterone and testosterone and I thought all would be well. Fast forward 5 months and 2 pellets later (I was 33, for reference)- I had gained 8lbs without changing my diet or exercise. I no longer had my period and in fact had several symptoms of pregnancy which totally freaked me out. I was exhausted and moody and my hair was thinning. The people at Rocky Mountain just kept on with the labs "you're right in the normal range, so it can't be this." I finally got a second opinion who looked at my lab results and they were absolutely shocked. Not only were my starting labs perfectly NORMAL to begin with, but now I was off the charts high on normal testosterone levels for women. And the progesterone they had me on was way too excessive and was causing the pregnancy symptoms. I did not need this therapy at all. Looking back- yes, it was odd that Tangi never asked where I was in my cycle considering that progesterone varies throughout the month. Yes, it was very odd that she literally crossed out the normal testosterone range on the labs and wrote her own range in. Yes, it was odd that she did not like when I asked questions. These all should have been red flags for me, but I was so excited to get some answers and help that I didn't do my own research. I quit the therapy half way through. I asked for a refund and of course with the way the package is set up, there is no refund after you lose the discount on the year. Learn from my experience- do NOT allow these people to experiment with your body. Hormones affect so many of your bodily systems and these people straight up do not know what they are doing. Go to a real doctor if you need help. *they do have PAs and NPs on staff and like I said- very friendly and good with scheduling.

Their office staff is knowledgeable and also helpful, in that they will send you what needs to be filled out, paperwork-wise, or what you need to know before a procedure via PDF, etc etc... They specialize in back pain, typically, but they can do MANY different things. Dr. Bainbridge as well as the other body therapists and NPs, Doctors, etc are all very knowledgeable and can usually tell you if they can help you out with your issues, or if you may need to see a surgeon, or whatever else may be needed... but they will for sure take good care of you, and get you through the "process" with minimal bullcrap. They of course have to follow the rules and restrictions that the State and Federal government place on them, but they are also understanding people and they will help you if you are in pain, for sure. I still have some day to day pain, that peaks in between doses of my medicines, but considering that my spinal column is in pretty awful shape... they have got me to the point where, I can at least sort of get out and do some things.
