We loved the Buffalo Margherita++ and N'duja -- a perfect contrast between a beautifully executed classic and something spicy, sweet, meaty, and packed with flavor. The crust was textbook: light and airy with just the right amount of chew and char. And definitely save room for the house tiramisu. We absolutely devoured it -- creamy, bittersweet, perfectly moist, with just a hint of alcohol. One of the highlights of the meal. They also serve local Quebec wines and were great at recommending pairings to complement our food, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend Nina for a relaxed, delicious Italian meal in Quebec City.

We decided to grab some pizza on our first night in QC. I've had all kinds of pizza so I knew what…read moreNeapolitan style was. It's a bit too floppy to hold like a tavern style or a NY style. I like to either use a knife and fork or fold it then eat it. It's meant to be soft in the middle (focus is on the flavor) and the crust is supposed to be chewy. Just a little chewy. We ordered the pizza burrata mortadella e pesto and la Barcelona. Both items were excellent. I really enjoyed the pesto, herbs, and mortadella. The Barcelona was equally as good with the chorizo iberico and the manchego cheese. Honesty, this would be a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. However, the service on 9/18/26 after 8:30 pm was very slow. It took her awhile just to come back and take our order (I wanted to place my order ASAP because they close at 10 pm). Then again when we needed a box and our check. I didn't like that our waitress mostly disappeared. I understand this is common among French Canadian and European culture. This is a cultural difference. I'll still give a 4 out of 5.

We placed an online order that we were told would be delivered in 50 to 90 minutes, but it was…read morenever delivered. Their "real time "app indicated it was out for delivery after about 75 minutes, but then it seemed to be stuck about halfway through the delivery stage. When we called to inquire, the manager said they had only one delivery person and they were backlogged, but we would get our order soon. Shortly thereafter their "real time" app suddenly jumped all the way back to the beginning "preparation" stage, and then slowly once again moved through "cooking", "packaging", and then once out for "delivery". Not surprisingly, it again froze in the middle of the delivery stage and then, nearly 3 hours after we had placed our order, the app suddenly switched to a screen that said "tracking is no longer available". We never received a phone call or a follow up email with any explanation, other than a solicitation to complete a satisfaction survey, and we never got our order. But they did put through the charge on my credit card, which I'm going to contest tomorrow. Epic fail!
