Disingenuous and disorganised…read more Dropped car in earlier than planned, to give mechanics more time to see to my car, as requested by Halfords. Made to wait to speak to a member of staff on arrival as they answered the phone rather than welcome me. Returned as planned. Car had not been moved from where I parked it three hours earlier. The excuse that was given was that another repair over-ran that should only have taken an hour (no attempt to contact me to let me know of the delay had been made). The was no mention of any future discount to balance the inconvenience caused, if I chose to rebook. Despite the multitude of 'sirs' addressed to me throughout, I didn't really feel respected...Chose not to book in again! Will avoid Halfords Autocentre from now on.
