When I got the car back (after FIVE hours), it was fitted with some cheap low quality brand called Eicher. After complaining about this, the person responsible informed me that Bosch would be more expensive in the first place. I explained that they themselves gave me a quote for Bosch and that was the reason I accepted it. Then they guy informed me that there are no Bosch parts for my car and that he never said Bosch in the first place. Totally dishonest and unethical behaviour, avoid for peace of mind!

We brought it back for them to clean it which they did offer to do. No apology, and they actually tried to tell us it couldn't have been them. Nicky Walker (director is her job title, yikes) was defensive, non apologetic and made us feel really uncomfortable. They then damaged the leather seat further and said they would get some quotes for some leather repair work and get back in touch. I have chased twice and they are now ignoring us. Terrible customer service and terrible care for your car. Avoid!

My husband…read moreneeded his alignment done as well as having a tire leak and they were super fast and efficient in getting his issues solved on the car. Weeks later, I needed to get a nail in my tire fixed and also have them review the tires themselves. They fixed my flat and said the tires were in good shape just over inflated. Seriously good at what they do. I would go back to them in a jiffy to get any tires fixed and have work done on my alignment. Work is done quickly while you wait and its not a long wait at that. Highly recommended!

Personally I know very little about my car so a little help when it comes to what it is that I am looking for is always very welcome and all of the staff have taken the time out to advise as well as just try to sell me things! The one slightly down side is that the tyres that I have needed have not always been on the site at the time at which I showed up. happily, the staff were both quick and eager to help source them for me and book me in later that day! All in all, a very positive experience

Best place around for tyres! Great service and value, have used for over 10 years and always good…read moreservice. Will check condition of tyres and they are very honest, for example they have often sent me away saying you have 2000 miles left on the tyres! Highly recommended.
