We simply took our car in for an MOT…read more They had marked the white leather seat with dirt and a blue pen, no idea why they don't use plastic sheets to protect the seats like every other garage? We brought it back for them to clean it which they did offer to do. No apology, and they actually tried to tell us it couldn't have been them. Nicky Walker (director is her job title, yikes) was defensive, non apologetic and made us feel really uncomfortable. They then damaged the leather seat further and said they would get some quotes for some leather repair work and get back in touch. I have chased twice and they are now ignoring us. Terrible customer service and terrible care for your car. Avoid!
