We brought it back for them to clean it which they did offer to do. No apology, and they actually tried to tell us it couldn't have been them. Nicky Walker (director is her job title, yikes) was defensive, non apologetic and made us feel really uncomfortable. They then damaged the leather seat further and said they would get some quotes for some leather repair work and get back in touch. I have chased twice and they are now ignoring us. Terrible customer service and terrible care for your car. Avoid!

Personally I know very little about my car so a little help when it comes to what it is that I am looking for is always very welcome and all of the staff have taken the time out to advise as well as just try to sell me things! The one slightly down side is that the tyres that I have needed have not always been on the site at the time at which I showed up. happily, the staff were both quick and eager to help source them for me and book me in later that day! Weeks later, I needed to get a nail in my tire fixed and also have them review the tires themselves. They fixed my flat and said the tires were in good shape just over inflated. Seriously good at what they do. I would go back to them in a jiffy to get any tires fixed and have work done on my alignment. Work is done quickly while you wait and its not a long wait at that. Highly recommended!

The owner Jim is a top bloke that will always do his best for you at a price you can afford. Straight up honest and truthful and doesn't try and blag you into any work that doesn't need doing (like some garages do). His team work on all types of motors even the more obscure American models such as Dodge, Chrysler etc. My only regret is I'm now posted to a separate base and I'll no doubt struggle to find an equally good garage to get my car fixed!

Left there 1/2 hour, call back, they'd found a metal drill bit in one tyre needing to be replaced and another tyre with puncture. FAST EFFECTIVE. They're replacing/repairing tyres as needed today. Update as I write - They've already fitted new tyre, all done in an hour or so. Came with emailed thorough analysis at all four corners with photo's inc' the offending tool bit stuck in tyre. New Yoko' rubber fitted, good brand. Job -trouble shooting 4x tyres, fitment of new tyre, repair and advisories, done in 'Kwik-Fit fast TIME; all at a good price too. Happy customer again.
