I took both my vehicles for repairs/MOTs over the Summer after hearing that this was a 'reliable' family run business with good customer service. After witnessing negative attitudes from the Manager / staff previously, in September I decided to stick with them and book my car in for another repair. After the repair, it had a visible additional fault which I immediately pointed out and furthermore, component parts were not properly re-assembled. On pointing these issues out the manager wasn't happy. Today, I returned on the 3rd occasion and politely asked if they could rectify the problem they caused whilst attempting the repair. I was amazed when the Manager told me that the problem was due to the age of the car. He then asked me why I checked my cars so thoroughly after they had worked on them. He stated that they were too busy and it was best if I didn't come back! I am now in search of a reputable garage in Carterton with good customer service.
